Aarif Sheikh and Sompal Kami are trying to rebuild the innings, but they are struggling against the raw pace of Shaheen Shah Afridi and Naseem Shah. One good thing about Nepal is that they have depth in the batting lineup, with Sandeep Lamichhane batting at no.10. Anything above 150 would be decent, and a 200+ total would be considered as good performance.

Waoo what a drama and excitement in last over especially after 40th over when baber and iftimania took a charge and brutally punished the entire bowling Lineup, it's really proud moments for iftikhar (chahu) to score his first ever century for Pakistan in ODI format at number 5, also baber become the first ever player to score the fastest 19th century in ODI format and become second player to score 19th century for Pakistan in ODI format too, so it's a great milestone for baber and for Pakistan too, after staring few early dismissal I taught Pakistan will scored around 200+ but after baber settle down and some significant partnership I start to believe that baber will be done something special and he did it..
Hope it's will be an easy victory for Pakistan because thier bowling Lineup has ability to defend such a huge target.

Pakistan recovered nicely from the early breakdown. After 49 overs Pakistan score is 331 runs, Babar Azam not out on 151 while Chacha Iftikhar manage to score his first ODI hundred. This is very much expected from a country that is playing its first major ODI. Nepal may not win this game but defiantly they will learn a lot from this game which will help them in improving there game in future.

Pakistan is batting right now. Babar Azam has already got his 150 and Iftikhar Ahmed has already got his century. Raise one missed out on a half-century, he got out on 44. The opening pair did not do very well for Pakistan. However after that Pakistan did not give any chance to Nepal. Pakistan has finished on 342. The target for nepal is going to be 343.

And I am definitely certain that Nepal is not going to be able to choose the target to successfully. If they reach 250, it is going to be good performance from them. And I believe that against the bowling lineup of Pakistan, the betting of Nepal does not have any chance. Pakistan is definitely going to get a big win on the first day of the Asia cup.

Nepal could have been in a better position but they dropped 2 sitters and one of them was Babar. Having said that they also managed to get 2 excellent run outs, which was nice.

Rizwan's brain fade moment was funny lol and the dude is turning this into a habit. This is his second brain fade moment in the last 2 matches.

Pakistan is in a tough position right now, already lost 4 wickets only for 128 runs. This is Nepal's first time appearing in the tournament, and they're showing some excellent bowling skills.

Even though Pakistan's batting hasn't been great, their captain, Babar Azam, is standing out and leading the team. Babar scored a half century in the first match of the Asia Cup. He's definitely looking turn it into a century and help his team make a decent total.

At first glance it seems that Pakistan will probably target more than 350 runs in today's match but Nepal's bowling performance has been so good so far that it is doubtful whether Pakistan will score 260 plus runs. Pakistan have already lost four of their top order batsmen and their total is 133 after 29 overs.
But this is Nepal's first match in the Asia Cup and it won't be surprising if Nepal can set a world record in this match as cricket is such an uncertain game that no one can afford to underestimate any team.

Pakistan lost two wickets very quickly due to mistakes of their own. Imam and Fakhar are two very important batsmen of Pakistan. They can't play well. Even then, Pakistan have the potential to score big. Pakistan can score big only if one of Babar Azam and Rizwan can stay at the crease. Pakistan squad also has talented batsmen like Iftikhar, Agha Salman and Sadab Khan. So I still think [Pakistan will give more than 300 targets today. At the end of 14 overs, Pakistan managed to collect 65 runs. If Babar and Rizwan are set at the crease, Pakistan's run rate will gradually increase.

Pakistan lost his openers in scoring 25 runs in a loss of 2 wickets. Pakistan is on Deep Trouble but Babar Azam is rescued 12 runs not out score and Muhammad Rizwan is playing at 6 runs. The current score of Pakistan is 43 runs in loss of 2 wickets in 9.3 Overs. Babar Azam and Muhammad Rizwan's partnership is very important if the partnership is more than 100 runs then Pakistan will set a big target for Nepal. Nepal is bowling and fielding well Run Out of Imam ul Haq by Nepal Captan is very impressive. Karan KC picks Fakhar Zaman wicket by just scoring 14 runs in 20 balls. Good start from Nepal team as they manage to take 2 wikcets in opening 7 overs. Both openers are gone and Pakistan after 8 overs are 31 for the loss of 2 wickets. Babar Azam and Rizwan are out in the center and they both need to be careful, Pakistan can't afford to lose anymore wicket now. While if Nepal can pick one or two wickets then they can really put Pakistan under pressure.
