As always Pakistan lost the match but this time they lost to Afghanistan. Pakistan is such a magical team no one can predict team performance nor you can trust the team. Sometimes they beat a very strong team and sometimes they lose a match with a very weak team if you remember the last World Cup the team won every match and went to the semifinal where they lost I think from India and in this world they won only two matches and lost 3, they have only one chance if they waste that chance then they will be relying on other teams if one in them loss then Pakistan will be qualified for the semifinal. In yesterday's match, the team's performance was good they made 282 runs which is a high target but there was a fielding issue they missed catches and could not stop the ball from the boundary and they took only two wickets which is also a mistake of the batsman if they didn't encounter it they will win the match through the opener's.

I cannot agree with you. It would be wrong to say that today's pitch was completely batting friendly. Saw this pitch report. It is not easy for the batsmen to score runs on this pitch. The highest score on this pitch is 337 runs. And the average score of the first innings is 227 runs. This shows that Pakistan has been able to provide a good enough target. But a 300+ target would have made it easier for Pakistan's bowlers to dominate the match. But even then, if the Pakistani bowlers could have done well today, Pakistan had a chance to win. The performance of Pakistan's bowlers was very poor.

You are right. Pakistan's current squad does not have good spinners. I was very disappointed with Usama Mir's bowling today. I found Bangladesh and Afghanistan's bowling attack to be more powerful than Pakistan's bowling attack. The performance of the batsmen is also erratic. Also the bowlers are not in form. I think we should appreciate Afghanistan team because it's first time ever win for them in world cup against Pakistan which was really unexpected from start of the game because most of us believe that 280 around will be enough to defend on such difficult pitch for Pakistan bowler but not and none of bowler able to put his team on track again which is really disappointing. I think Pakistan has done good at batting, but they were not up to the mark in bowling and especially Feilding as everyone know even a single run out or catch can break opponent momentum and allow you to be in the game

Not only was Pakistan's bowling bad, their fielding was atrocious. When the team wants to qualify for the semi-finals, they should have fielded better, worked harder. We have seen Pakistan's poor fielding against Australia as well. If the fielders could have done well, maybe Afghanistan would not have won so easily. Moreover, if Naseem Shah was in the World Cup squad, their bowling attack would have been stronger. He is unable to play in the World Cup due to injury. This is a big loss for Pakistan. Apart from Shaheen Shah Afridi and Hasan Ali, I have not seen controlled bowling from any bowler.

The team needs only 70 runs from 70 balls. Their batsmen's performances have been erratic but they are talented enough. As the team has lost just 2 wickets, it is not difficult for them to win this match. If Pakistan lose today's match, I don't see any chance of them qualifying for the semi-finals.
