Now the Australia Women's team have turned to be same as the Australia men's team under the captaincy of Ricky Ponting. During those days before the start of the match the result will be perfectly predicted that Australia will win the match. In such a way Australia is performing the best throughout. In my prediction this time the same story as the past could happen with Australia, England, South Africa and New Zealand to qualify for the semi finals.
Australian woman are a really strong team for a very long period of time and you can call them as one of the best team that performs consistently and other team has to reach their level of performance. England recently lost to West Indies which was a huge upset and South African woman had a close game against Pakistan Woman, and according to the world cup tables, Australia is leading and then comes India, England is yet to win a game and New Zealand already lost couple of games.

Bangladesh Woman and Pakistan Woman are playing and i am expecting Pakistan to win the match but lets see how it goes, another interesting match that is coming up is England woman and South African Woman and England needs to win to keep their hopes intact as they already lost couple of matches and they need a win to keep their semi hopes alive.

The match wasn't competitive as Australian women won it by a big margin. 141 runs to be exact. Aussie Women's team hasn't lost a single match yet and looks like the strong team of the tournament. South Africa is another team that hasn't lost a match either but they have played 2 matches only as compared to the Australians who have played three matches.
The tournament is in its early stages and one of the favorite England teams has started off badly and won no matches till now.

Australian women team are no doubt favorite for the title. SA has played 2 matches against Bangladesh and Pakistan, they are yet to play women big 3 aka Australia, New Zealand and England. Westindies have won 2 matches against England and New Zealand. Its very interesting in a sense that small teams are performing good against England and New Zealand.

Apart from the Australian women's team, it's hard to say who will be the next three teams to qualify for the semi finals. England and New Zealand did not start the tournament well, but they have the tendency to catch up later in the tournament. WI, India, and SA are equally good to give tough times to big teams. This time there are no clear favorites except the Australian team.

Right now agree with your partially statement because with current table Australia is already on top with 3/3 after them, we have no consistency in any other team but with two early loses from England have some good impact on this event because now few other teams can also feel good for having spot in semi-final.

West Indies done very good upsets in two early matches but in third one India completely outclass them with this now India is also having some good chance of qualifying because now they can beat Bangladesh and South Africa so here chance is good for them but England, New Zealand and West Indies need to fight hard for their place in semi-final as these all are unpredictable after early part of this event.

The way things are going it seems like Aussies women will win the cup and yes 3 slots for semis are open for all teams. If you see history of women WC only Aus, new zealand and England have won it. I don't know how other teams have performed in last WC but this time the dominance of England and New Zealand have been neutralised.

Today we have Australia woman and New Zealand Woman and i am going with Australia to win the match but i expect we will see a competitive match.

Well, what can I say Australian women's team were the better team in that match and I also think Australia is generally far better than New Zealand in women's cricket, and I think it was really evident in the last match.

Australia just outplayed Newzealand in every factor. New Zealand did not do well at all in either batting or bowling. Australia is obviously one of the favorites in this tournament along with England. and I have to say Australia is playing like the favorites.

We are talking about Cricket being included in the Olympics for a long time but the timeline is being pushed and now we are talking about Cricket being included in 2032, why not the Olympics before that, as far as i understand the host nations can take the decision on which sport to be included and next two Olympics will be conducted in France and the US respectively.
Already have very long talk about this topic but now it is excellent time for them to have some solid decision about this because it's not hard enough for doing this all with current two formats are fit for adding cricket into Olympics T10 and T20 leagues both have very good charm and suitable way for adding which will help this game and Olympics committee to generate good value.

But sadly ICC has never been active for this and never do any solid things to encourage other members for having some good views because here we are facing some internal issues which are mostly political and personal egos which are hurting this game in next few years more badly, and we can face backlash in few countries those are struggling to have infrastructure for this game.

The last time I ever heard about cricket being in the Olympics was in December of last year.
After that, I haven't heard any official news of any kind from ICC.
It really looks like ICC was thinking about this seriously but I honestly have my doubts.

The match between Australia Women and New Zealand Women was expected to be a big match, because they are the top teams to win the ICC World Cup. Unfortunately this time this match looks like the low scoring match for New Zealand Women. Australia Women have managed to score 269/8 in 50 overs batting first. Now New Zealand have scored 41/5 in 12 overs.

It was supposed to be tough match but its very much one sided match. In reply to Aus target of 269 runs, NZ are 121/9 in 29 overs. Every Aussie bowler has picked wickets, top wikcet taker is Darcie Brown 3/22. Amy Satterthwaite was the only one from NZ to score some runs, she scored 44 runs rest there is nothing from NZ batting.

The only ODI match going on right now is between Namibia and UAE, as a part of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2. Namibia looks like in a difficult position, as their opponents made 348/3 batting first. They are now at 71/2, with Craig Williams at the crease along with Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton. A win in this match would mean that UAE will be in a comfortable position as far as the League is concerned. They will be having 16 points from 14 matches, which would mean that they will be at the 2nd position in the table.

Yes not much ODI n T20 right now. UAE recently qualified for the ICC T20 world cup 2022 and in ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 2019-2021/22 they are at number 3. In ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 2019-2021/22, mostly teams are made up of expats like Oman, UAE, USA and they are dominating the table whilst teams that have 100% native players like Namibia, PNG and Nepal are way down in points table.

Agreed. Still Namibia put up a spirited display and lost the match only by a small margin. The target of 349 was anyway going to be very difficult. Still they got to a total of 300 plus. Unfortunately another loss means that their position in the points table is now very weak. For the UAE, Chirag Suri and Vriitya Aravind scored centuries, while Muhammad Waseem made 78. Suri and Aravind are Indian citizens (born in Delhi and Chennai respectively), while Waseem is a Pakistani citizen who has played in the PSL. It is just a sham that they are being allowed to play for the UAE.

It was a really close match between Pakistan Woman and South African Woman and i they had a partnership going they would have won the match. The lost wickets in succession, 1 and second wicket and then they lost 4th and 5th wicket in quick succession which was crucial in the match and yet the tail end took the game closer.

Indian Woman won the match by a huge margin against West Indies Woman.

Until now, we have all matches very competitive from all teams just India done massive job and win their both matches by big margins after losing badly against New Zealand, but today's win is now fix their spot for semi-final because now these ladies can beat Bangladesh and South Africa with these four wins their position could be very strong even they have two very tough matches against Australia and England but after watching these matches I am feeling these women can beat England as well but still this is any both game because after losing two opening matches now England will also do their best for having their spot in semi-final.

Pakistani women's done good job against South Africa after losing badly against India but lack of experience and good practice is still their problem, hopefully in near future we will have some better performance from them.

Pakistan should have won this match. It was a close match but luck was not at our side. With this loss, Pakistan has lost 3 match and still sits at the bottom of the table with lowest run rate of -1.274.
On the other hand, India is showing some good performances and they crushed the West Indies Women team with 157 runs win. They are on the top of the table surprisingly.

If the ICC is actually thinking about including cricket in the Olympics then I think it is a really good initiative by the ICC.

But, I am not sure at all about the 2032 thing. And I really don't think that it's going to be done by 2032 because even for 2032 we are a long way off from seeing cricket in the Olympics. But, I guess we have to wait and see what ICC does about this. The first initiative should be adding more teams into the international arena.

Right now we have these matches for ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 even not popular but still peoples are following them in today match I was expecting some good fight but UAE which is based on mostly subcontinent players completely outclass Namibia Wise with ball and bat have not enough for his national team, and now they are struggling for having good spot after very good performance from Oman and UAE.

In today match UAE done massive run 348 with the help of openers and wicket keeper batsman Vriitya Aravind in reply Namibia try their best but still this was huge target for them, so they fail and reached 305 runs.

Now tomorrow is rest day and on 14th we are had another exciting match between Oman vs Namibia.

I have to say UAE played really well to gather a score that massive. And it was always going to be a hard job for Namibia to get to that total. But, I still think that Namibia played not bad to get to 305.
I think something like this is going to happen in the next match on the 14th. I don't think that Namibia is going to win against Oman.

From what I heard, the ICC is targeting for Olympic inclusion by 2032. I am not sure about this, because the administrators still remain against the idea of inclusion. They are concerned only about money, and not about spreading the game. Similar to what happened earlier, we will witness sabotaging at some point in the future and then they will say that 2032 is not possible and we should aim for 2040 or 2044. Then after some time, the same cycle will repeat and the date will be delayed to 2048 or 2052. It will go on for ever.

If the ICC is actually thinking about including cricket in the Olympics then I think it is a really good initiative by the ICC.

They need more bowlers like Mustafizur Rahman, Sarkar and Shakib in order to improve their bowling lineup.
If I am not wrong then Sarkar is not even a strike bowler but he is taking crucial wickets in matches. The entire Bangladesh team really needs to find some good bowlers.

Talking about Tamim, that reference from Pffrt does not look good. Tamim is a good player as far as I know but that does not mean he become the burden of the team. In the world cup and in the last match he seems a burden for his team.

By the way, the Legend (Malinga) finished his ODI career with a wicket in the last ball. This is a very sweet ending. He deserved it.
The best infect, everyone one would want to have a beautiful end of their career. It was a beautiful moment. He would be very happy on the that delivery. Hard work pays off no matter what. I am always a big fan of Bangladesh team - in particular Shakib. The team has flair and the bangla people support their team a lot. I like the spirit of subcontinent player and the love for cricket. They are the one who are keeping the cricket alive.
What!!! Did you even see when was the post made? LOL
