Its obvious they are just more TH brown nosers, there is a "few" in here and they DO NOT represent the majority of unhappy customers....Don't pay them any attention as they seem clueless. Is it showtime yet? still waiting.....

Anyone that says Terrahash customer service is shitty needs to wake up.

You are obviously living in a dreamland.

If you placed an "PRE"order for an undeveloped product of ANY kind with a delivery date, then you should expect maybe around 1 or so updates per week until they finally have all the parts delivered.

If you pre-ordered and can't take a week of silence before getting a preorder, that just means you should stick with a savings account and try to earn some measly interest on your money because mining isn't for you.


It seems like there a two different kinds of people in here.

People that understand businesses, refunds,  and the hours they operate. (These people don't have any issues with Terrahash)

People that don't understand any of the above and try calling non-work hour, sending tickets in with incorrect information, trying to use Terrahash as a hedge for their coins, etc... (These are the vocal idiots in this thread that are having issues)

Flame me all you want, the facts are in your posts.

90% of the people having issues are morons, I apologize to the 10% that are just having bad luck and I would simply keep on trying to resolve it with Terrahash as everytime I've talked with them they have been more than helpful.

Thanks for your "expert businessman opinion" without a single fact to back it up. Mine were based on actual experiences and I am in the same timezone.

If you are going to advise people where they should invest what probably is a lot of money to them then lets see some credentials and facts.

The facts are as I see it that TH have broken multiple promises and are ignoring their customers or if you prefer investors - both have a right to not be ignored or lied to.

If you count occasional two line updates as feedback then all I can say is you have more money than sense.

What happened with the Paypal problems? Have I missed some news?

Did payments get cancelled? Do we need to pay by credit card for our orders instead?

I wonder the same thing Ethough... No answers to any of that yet.

I was also denied a refund.

Enclosure:

A sample case for DX Large is ready. Everything looks fine, and we have ordered about a 100 of these. The final cases will have a better finish, and the feet and recesses that are missing in this sample. The design for DX Mini is ready too, and a sample will arrive early next week.

After a hardware error was detected and corrected in the first K16 design, we got the revised boards manufactured. We assembled one (with only two Avalon chips this time). We have been able to successfully program it, and are currently trying to get it hashing.

Ive just lately registered but I am reading BCT for much longer.

Anyway - didnt You trouble that this picture shows quite slack approach to electronics - I would never reverse power cables colours. I know to most of You it looks stupid issue but in reality You should stick to the rules as it helps You avoid some troubles later on.

If theres many ppl careing about lack of forum updates we should also try to pick such small details the same way.

Why did you guys even bother pre-ordering if you cant handle waiting? its been a week..there is no chips and nothing is ready let them work and when end of July comes then get antsy(if they even receive chips by then).
started both of my refunds with a ticket on the website, will be contacting paypal soon if I don't hear from them.  hoping that I also get my BTC back, keeping my fingers crossed.

I ordered because TH looked like a good company.  The recent lack of communication and follow through had a lot of people wondering, and I do hope that they follow through on a promise for once and post the video on time like they said they would.  They have broken a few other promises made in this thread so I would be pleasantly surprised if they didn't tomorrow.  But like someone else said, it appears to me that they are in damage control mode now.  If there are no chips and nothing is ready, then why the holdup on responding to tickets / emails / refund requests?  Why does BKK say he hasn't heard anything from them when they say they are working closely on the boards, and why no response regarding that discrepancy?  Why would they let a paypal claim sit for 10 days instead of taking a few seconds from the busy day required to issue that refund or respond to it?  Something doesn't smell right to me.  Hopefully I am wrong, but I would rather wait to find out I'm wrong and lose out on time mining, than wait to find out I'm right and lose out on both time and money.

Oh Swede...  why don't you just stay in the trollbox where you belong?  I'm the kind of pathetic idiot that wouldn't order from BFL because of their shitty customer service, but you say I should keep my order with TH despite their shitty customer service?  Really?  If it were about greed, wouldn't I keep my order in hopes of getting an ASIC (which would generate more BTC in the long run anyway) before many others can?  Or just sell my order for a profit?

I see theres a lot of different characteristic values fighting each other on this forum. I would suggest to anyone who cannot stay quiet before he writes his pessimistic words to logout of this forum for a while. You'll get attention about something else, and after a while you're gonna see the things totally deifderent.

However TH has still nit manage to deal with paypal and they will tell us if they have done it. Before that any refund through paypal only harden things up in TH - paypal progress.

The second thing is that TH will provide refund, if you're gonna request for them before your item will be shipped, so theres absollutelly no reason to dispute right now!!

Third thing is, TH stil did not get any preordered Avalon chips, so we are still in time  for when they get the chips.

If you're thinking they are not somehow doing enogh for us, that is obvious your own thing, so please after you deal with your impatience, do look again, and write some supporting words.

Many of you are getting people frightening for no reason at all.

This whole deal is completely over, they sounded like the real deal for a short time - they are not, it is clear!
The couple of fanboys on here who keep posting positive stuff about them or slagging off detractors have low post counts and are likely aligned with TH either Amir himself or friends or just people too greedy to not see the truth.

It's time to get out while you can guys before the 45 day PayPal limit

Here's to hoping they are able to come through with this mini-deadline of video/pics tomorrow...

I would like to think that the recent burst of communication from TH is because they are seeing an increase in refund requests and they are trying to do a bit of disaster control.  First rule of any business should be not to ignore your customers.  Doesn't matter how awesome your product/production line is, if you don't communicate with your customers, your gonna crash and burn.

Oh, and my low post count is because I prefer to lurk in the shadows, listen, and learn...not spout off about BS...especially when i'm not anywhere near the most educated/experienced in something.


Oh...and if you see this Terrahash, I would suggest getting those pics/videos out as early as possible to keep the short fuses from blowing.
