I am with people which fight terrahash,because I think that the reason Amir speak and give us news and updates
Terrahash has already stated that refunds would be granted, yet they are fight all the Paypal claims. They have got to be the most non-saavy business people around. I'm sure they're very technical, but holy cow.
My claim hasn't went anywhere yet either, as expected. Love the pro-terrahashers that are simply hoping their support will make Terrahash throw them a cookie.
So this shows yet another example of a broken promise. Everyone go back and read the cloudhashing article, I'm starting to wonder if it was justified after all. I bashed them as I thought what they did to TH was lame, but some points in the article are very similar to what we are now experiencing. I'm sure in the end, it will come to light that they are just horrible at running a business and dealing with customers. How fortunate to be in an area with such High demand.
Reminds me to donate to the frequent posters running other projects I am a part of, as so many of them aren't doing this as a primary business and yet find time to provide updates.

Some of us don't put all of our money into one venture and we definitely don't put money that we can't afford to lose.
Terrahash would equal 240GH out of the 8 TH I have on order with other companies. It just pains me to see children constantly complaining about every little detail of a startup company. If you don't like it then don't order from them again and just use paypal claims/credit card dispute to get your money back. It doesn't matter what happens between now and the delivery date they put out. Once that date comes then we can take a look at Terrahash as a company.

To be fair, they do have about 7 more hours before it's no longer Saturday on the west coast. But yea, like I said, I will be pleasantly surprised if we see it before the clock runs out on that promise. SSDD ;P

What good reasons could you possibly have to want to continue to do business with this company?
The list provided in the link is incorrect. For instance, the first order number we have is 434. We don't have any orders numbers 430 and 431.
We will be sending an email tomorrow or day after to let everyone know when they can expect their orders to be shipped. You can then decide to keep the order or ask for a refund.
Cache saved on this message, so if they try and change this one too we have it.
I just read about their change to a refund policy post-purchases....

Interesting that the refund section of the FAQ has been changed and they appear to be holding orders made under the old standard to the new standard. Looks like I will have no choice, at least on my BTC order, but to wait and hope they deliver on time.

P.S. I sent that screenshot and that cache link to paypal in regards to my paypal disputes. IANAL but to me they changed this after the fact and did not notify me nor did they give me a chance to decline it prior to them changing it, is this not a breach of contract and therefore nullifies it?
