Well, in my opinion, yxt needs to do some work on interaction with his customers, as he represents the official asicminer reseller in the whole Europe, and Russia, and who knows where else...
Silentsonicboom stopped international orders, so yxt is the only option left.
And if he doesn't have much time for replies here, in pms and on emails (as one can see, people are complaining here), may be he needs to pay some more attention, hire smbd to improve service, or whatever.

I think he avoids to reply, in fact when i asked for information before buying he replies to my email; after purchase he stopped to reply.
He replies to questions that are interesting for him.
