Why do people keep asking me if my coupon code works???

Also, COULD YOU PLEASE tell people at your company to stop asking me if I've gotten a coupon and just actually give me one? Seriously, 2 people in a row have emailed me asking if I got a coupon and the facebook bitinstant account asked in a comment if i got the coupon also.
