As you said, to add a support ticket at bitinstant.com/contact, I added it and its about a day and I have not got any response from your side.

I created the orders on Apr 4 2013, its past 10 days and I have not got the funds.

Yes, for the request I added yesterday (at /contact). But no representative contacted me. Please do this as urgent, I will have to bear any penalties for late payment now.

Can you please look int my issues?
I posted here on the 9th and sometime later was told I was added to the support queue but never heard anything after that.

I emailed you, like you asked, and you emailed me back saying I was in the support queue but never heard anything after that.

I then went to the contact page on the bitinstant page and filled out those forms, got a automated reply saying it would be looked into, and never heard anything back.

Can you please look into these?

I tried to send $250.00 directly to Bitstamp. (ZipZap already took its 3.95 and confirmed it sent you the rest)

Folks, I have received my deposit to Gox, after about 17 days. However, it's only been about 3 days since I logged my complaint here. . Ursay I want to thank you for sticking to your word. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little disappointed that I still got charged bitinstant fees... and that on top of that I have to pay $100 per btc instead of the $85 it would have been if my deposit had been processed correctly. But, somehow I feel like I won today, and I suppose that's worth something. Thanks.

Hey, I've made a payment with you guys.. Zipzap and EBANX already confirmed it to me, but I didn't receive it yet  Huh

They are not even offering to help me anymore. Was I too abusive? What about when I was being nice and complacent? You offered to help but did nothing but ask me for more information. How much fucking information do you need? My ss#, bank account, passwords etc etc. Would that be getting close to being aenough info? Fuck! I gave you and order id,, I gave you copies of the several emails exchanged between me and bitinstant, I've pointed out that my issue was discussed in this very forum 200 pages ago and that a simple search would clearly show you that Charlie said he was going to fic my issue and then decided not too. It's been 6 fucking months of bullshit. 6 MoNTHS!!!!

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm new here Shocked

If a person pays for bitcoins though zipzap and the transaction is listed on bitcoin as a transaction , but no bitcoins have been recieved.  That means there is a delay with delivery of the bitcoin at the bitcoin end right?

At what price does the buyer get their bitcoins?  The price at the time when they submitted the order, or the time when they actually arrive?

Order price is locked in at time of purchase.

Give me some order info and I will see what type of issue you have.  Some experience delay as our support logs are backed up.

I believe the CS representative is saying that they are not honoring the time of deposit, but am I misunderstnading them? Am I just being told to keep waiting, and that they are still coming? Please provide some clarification for me.

I am being told from the top that we will honor execution price at time of purchase.  I'm sorry that this message hasn't made it all the way thru support.  I still have you on my personal list of problems with order execution price which has been forwarded up the chain.  I am being told that these people will be taken care of and I will do my best to make sure that happens.  Sorry for your troubles.
