I ordered mine on Wednesday and nothing yet. Submitted a ticket on Thursday after I got payment confirmation emails from ZipZap but then my ticket only got a reply Friday evening asking for ZZ transaction ID. I promptly replied but so far no extra replies or deposits have been made.

If I knew it would take all these ages to be credited I'd have gone through the direct wire transfer instead, that would be cheaper and even faster, bypassing BitInstant and ZipZap and Ebanx and a bad/artificially inflated exchange rate that takes almost 10% comission altogether with all the fees.

They are not even offering to help me anymore. Was I too abusive? What about when I was being nice and complacent? You offered to help but did nothing but ask me for more information. How much fucking information do you need? My ss#, bank account, passwords etc etc. Would that be getting close to being aenough info? Fuck! I gave you and order id,, I gave you copies of the several emails exchanged between me and bitinstant, I've pointed out that my issue was discussed in this very forum 200 pages ago and that a simple search would clearly show you that Charlie said he was going to fic my issue and then decided not too. It's been 6 fucking months of bullshit. 6 MoNTHS!!!!

Okay, I'll play stupid and pm you once again. I'm afraid however that EVERYTHING will not fit in the Pm. But I'll go ahead and try. It boogles the mind that you cannot look up an Order ID that I sent you, or look at any of the information I sent you in 5 pms already and get somwhere with that. I feel like I'm being played by you, and the fact that I was alrteady played by Charlie backs that up. I've already put tons of work into trying to get this money back, but you want more. Your company has no recors of this transiaction at akl? None? You can;t see, as I pointed out earlier and sevral times, that there is corraspondece in this thread between Charlie and me that should give you plentyof informatuion to go on. OMFG.

Ok so my order from 4/12 was pushed through.  However, I only recieved 3.70151298 Bitcoins on a cash amount of $476.257605 including fees.  Without fees I paide 496.05.

Regardless, that is obv not the proper amount of bitcoins.  Wondering if there is way to look up the specific price from when I made my order, at 2:21 Eastern Standard Time.

Anway, I went to bitinstant.com/contact to fill out the form again but it won't let me, saying that my quoteID has already been used.  It was indeed used for the initial report to push through the transaction.

So, how do I request the proper amount of bitcoins?

I moneygramed the amount at my local store and ZipZap processed the transaction at 2:21 Eastern Standard Time.

4 hours later, nothing had happened so I notified via bitinstant.com/contact.  At 8:16PM EST, 3.70151298 BTC hit the bitcoin address.

Now, I dont know exactly what the price was when I initiated the order, but it surely was not $476.257605/3.70151298 BTC = $128.665658495/BTC.

From looking at the MtGox graph, it should be around $65-75/BTC if I am reading it correctly.  So I am due ~2.5-3.5 more BTC.  If there is a way to look up the exact price at an exact time, then I could find the exact amount.

Well I bit the bullet and went ahead with an order, but only put a 1/5 of what I originally intended in. It was in my gox account my the time I got home.

Now I only wish I would have done the whole amount.

It's a crap shoot.  I figured things would surely be working again like normal if I made another order today and my funds haven't been sent again even though the order shows complete.  Nice to hear yours went through OK.  I don't know if they will if you try again.

The account number is one with 9 digits (3x 3 digit sections). that you should gave received on the immediately FIRST email from ZipZap. In Portuguese its the email whose subject is "A confirmação de Ordem CashPayment". It starts with "complete your transaction" and has (1) and (2) steps listed.

I also confused myself with the confirmation number versus account number until 15 min ago when reviewing all emails related to the transactions and finding the account # buried in there in the 1st email...
