Having a little trouble, my dashboard says "workers not connected" i have everything set up through guiminer. Over the past 8 hours ive mined 6 shares and a have received a small amount of BTC. What cold be the problem?

We all are having extreme problems with Bitinstant! My (just mine) $1404 are with them right now. You can think yourself about how much we all are worried for our money!

Why do people keep asking me if my coupon code works???

I've said it doesn't about 10 times!!!

7 days after my cash deposit.. i have sent my zipzap order ID and bitcoin address to bitinstant through there new contact page and still have not seen a result ordered on 4/7

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm new here Shocked

If a person pays for bitcoins though zipzap and the transaction is listed on bitcoin as a transaction , but no bitcoins have been recieved.  That means there is a delay with delivery of the bitcoin at the bitcoin end right?

At what price does the buyer get their bitcoins?  The price at the time when they submitted the order, or the time when they actually arrive?

Order price is locked in at time of purchase.

Give me some order info and I will see what type of issue you have.  Some experience delay as our support logs are backed up.

I believe the CS representative is saying that they are not honoring the time of deposit, but am I misunderstnading them? Am I just being told to keep waiting, and that they are still coming? Please provide some clarification for me.

BitInstant, what percentage of orders, would you say, go through properly?  I'm debating on whether or not I want to use you again.  I've placed tens of orders with you and only had one that took an extra couple weeks to process.  Basically, I need coin and want to believe that all the problems here are a very small percentage of your total volume.

I created the orders on Apr 4 2013, its past 10 days and I have not got the funds.

  I realize I did not get on record at THIS particular venue til a couple days ago, but I had previously been contacting support for over 2 weeks about an issue with my Gox code. I have been seeing that you are issuing new codes for cases like mine, and was wondering if you could " push" mine through at your convenience. Or at least draw someones attention to it. I have seen here that people with cases similar to mine have seen resolution, while having only had there problem occur a day or two prior to being resolved. I did put in another ticket at your request to your new support link, but it said 24 hours, and it's been at least double that and I haven't heard a peep. This is not a complaint or harassment, as I do see that you folks are indeed resolving issues and not abandoning ship, which is the comfort I've been seeking for over 2 weeks. I am just hoping that you might take a minute and show some attention to my case, as you have others, since it seems like my particular case would only take a minimal effort to resolve. The error message at gox for the above transaction states that the code is invalid or already used. I , like others, was given an invalid code. The date of the missing deposit was march 28. Thanks

I am also having the same problem - my deposited bitcoins have not reached their destination in 4 days. I made a CVS --> bitcoin address order, but neglected to write down the OrderID/QuoteID number before closing out of the window. However, I do have the confirmation email from ZipZap confirming the order. I will PM you the details shortly.

Ok so my order from 4/12 was pushed through.  However, I only recieved 3.70151298 Bitcoins on a cash amount of $476.257605 including fees.  Without fees I paide 496.05.

Regardless, that is obv not the proper amount of bitcoins.  Wondering if there is way to look up the specific price from when I made my order, at 2:21 Eastern Standard Time.

Anway, I went to bitinstant.com/contact to fill out the form again but it won't let me, saying that my quoteID has already been used.  It was indeed used for the initial report to push through the transaction.

So, how do I request the proper amount of bitcoins?

Ursay, could you tell me what's going on?

I haven't received any contact from your support staff, even though I've filed two tickets on your support page. I've had two transactions where money has been inexplicably taken from my final amount, and it seems like nothing is being done about it.

Where is the money that I'm owed?

and i transposed a digit and it is stuck at insufficient funds. It's literally 80.375 vs 80.3745
