I am having the same issue, i deposited 150, the amount i was supposed to receive 144 worth but only received 1.19 btc.... Price was about 80 when i paid at moneygram at 4 pm and did not receive the coins until 10:45 and only received 90 worth at CURRENT PRICE

When do you think we can resolve the issue?

We've already resolved your main issue. I logged another ticket for execution price. Isn't it fair that you saw us close your first issue so maybe you could be patient on the 2nd ticket?
