Can I please receive my mtgox coupon code? It's been a week since my order and URSAY said the code would come 'soon'
I know you guys are trying but I'm really getting impatient.

I just sent this manually

He sent it but it is apparently invalid...
what part of the mtgox coupon do I enter? The whole thing including the 'mtgox-usd-' part? Or jsut the numbers? Making sure it's not an error on my part.

Go to 'add funds' then 'redeem mt. gox code' and yes the whole mtgox-usd-everything; believe so at least.

EDIT: Goddamnit he just sent me my ORIGINAL coupon code that wasn't supposed to be used, due to it being a deposit


And so now I've sent my MtGox Account Name and all I get back is static ONCE AGAIN!!! Angry Angry

Hi, i tried contact you with the /contact in the bitinstant, then i received an e-mail that my deposit should go to their destination (MtGox) in the next 12 hours, have been past more than 24h and since i received the e-mail i didnt receive any other answer, or the deposit, i dont know if i should re-do that '/contact' again.

So i need some answer about how my deposit is going, the ZipZap inc. tell me they paid you 3 days ago and nothing yet. I need two answers:

1- I already paid, so when could you deposit at Mt.Gox?

2 - If i do another deposit after this first one, the time to process will be almost the same, or is just the first one?

I understand that you should have a lot of transations in the moment and that could be the reason to delay my deposit, but i really want some answer.

Some info about my order (asked in the contact, so i guess you need it to help me):

I just checked our records and can find your quote but can't find the order (orders are generated when ZipZap send us notification) - this would indicate that the notification from ZipZap failed to reach us and needs to be resent. If you can give me the account number from your ZipZap payment slip or if you contact ZipZap directly and tell them that we did not receive the IPN they should be able to resend it and your order will process.

man - your issue is already being dealt with, posting the same thing over and over again only makes for more clutter in this thread and makes it hard to help other customers.

Aside from that, though it is entirely reasonable to be upset when you have an issue with any service (including BitInstant), I would caution against using ripoffreport (feel free to post negative but accurate reviews elsewhere) - from a brief look over their site we can not respond without paying them fees.

IF MY ISSUE IS BEING DEALT WITH.......WHY AM I ONLY HEARING ABOUT THIS NOW??? AFTER THREE DAYS OF WRITING PM'S & POSTING?  WHY DOES NO ONE CONSIDER THAT?

AND WHY IS IT MY PROBLEM THAT SOMEONE....(YOU DIDN'T SAY WHO) WOULD REQUIRE SOME FEES?
YOU TOOK FEES OUT WHEN YOU DID THE TRANSACTION.....IF I PAID THE FEES SO SHOULD YOU!!!

BESIDES....HOLDING MY MONEY FOR NOW GOING ON 11 DAYS SHOULD ENTITLE ME TO NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY FEES!!!!  I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG!!!

To clarify:
I've responded already - you sent a gox coupon to a gox account (or attempted to) via our system, something we do not allow for AML reasons, our policy in such cases is to give a full refund but we do need to first confirm the correct account to send the refund to.

As regards fees - I was referring to the site ripoffreport, which currently has 2 customer complaints on that I can not respond to without paying ripoffreport fees. I encourage people to use other means instead as is their right.

As I ALSO STATED PREVIOUSLY;  I HAVE TWO EMAILS FROM RACHEL THAT PROVE YOUR CLAIM OF NEEDING MY ACCOUNT INFO IS BULLHOCKEY!!!  BOTH EMAILS SAID, "YOU WILL RECEIVE A NEW MTGOX COUPON SHORTLY".

YOU ARE CONTRADICTING HER.

Bidinstant way back on April 4th 2013 sent $503.95 cash using zipzap - bidinstant to MtGox
Then ALSO April 7th $503.95 to Blockchain.
No money or bitcoin in either account... should have been same day.

man - your issue is already being dealt with, posting the same thing over and over again only makes for more clutter in this thread and makes it hard to help other customers.

Aside from that, though it is entirely reasonable to be upset when you have an issue with any service (including BitInstant), I would caution against using ripoffreport (feel free to post negative but accurate reviews elsewhere) - from a brief look over their site we can not respond without paying them fees.

IF MY ISSUE IS BEING DEALT WITH.......WHY AM I ONLY HEARING ABOUT THIS NOW??? AFTER THREE DAYS OF WRITING PM'S & POSTING?  WHY DOES NO ONE CONSIDER THAT?

AND WHY IS IT MY PROBLEM THAT SOMEONE....(YOU DIDN'T SAY WHO) WOULD REQUIRE SOME FEES?
YOU TOOK FEES OUT WHEN YOU DID THE TRANSACTION.....IF I PAID THE FEES SO SHOULD YOU!!!
