URSAY, please correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure that URSAY is only going through these forms and other forms of communication and creating ticket lists and escalating the issues to the correct people. He isn't the only man working on this. Patience is a virtue here. They are helping people. They have also said that you will get the number of bitcoins that you should have gotten at the time of your deposit, not when your order goes through. Yes, you will need to open up a new ticket, but they are working on it.

A lot of it is user error because of the directions not being clear on one or both of the sites involved.  But sometimes things just don't go through correctly.  Don't worry though!  They fixed my last issue.

I did a transaction on the 7th (2 days ago), but I used the WRONG mtgox address, I used my friends instead. I feel like a dumbass because I've more than likely lost the $500 i put in there. It says manual transfer created but I never got any money! I've emailed support and asked them to reroute the address if the money is stuck (which i'm hoping on my life it is) so they can send it to the correct address. The account number is below (93662)

Almost ALL of the PMs I just checked were asking for status of issues that are already logged and open.  Unfortunately I do not have enough time to respond to these contact inquiries and it's really not a good use of my time.  Also, many of you do not seem to be reading my posts and you are asking the same things OVER and OVER.  I will take a step back and start adding some basic info to my signature and start pointing you all there for basic help in our process.  Thanks for your understanding.  Cheesy

BITINSTANT WILL FIX IT GUYS!!! BE RELENTLESS THOUGH...took me 2 days of constant badgering to get it done.

I would just like to stress that last point. I sat quietly and sent polite PMs as far back as 4/2. Bitinstant obviously took that for a sign of weakness and has decided to fuck me as best they can.

So as a result of being nice, I have been coinless for over a week. The only way these people will refund your money is if you bitch relentlessly.


threats, including actually following through if they fail to deliver work beautifully it would seem. my shit was about 75% completed 25 minutes after i shot off an email to their support.

they're down to about 45 hours before i make good on that threat

Hi all.

Support list for 4/9 has officially been escalated to level 2 support.  If you are in an older list that does not mean you don't have priority.  I still have to log current issues by date and formally submit them to level 2.

Now updating list for 4/10.  I will start with PMs and then jump back into the thread.

Some other updates your might find useful...

I am going to try and combine my support lists tonight so they are more easily searchable.  Also, as I mentioned before, I got some new training on resolving certain types of issues myself.  I hope to take care of some of the lagging issues that have not been resolved.  However, there is probably a reason those issues lag...they are likely complex and above my level of support.

Doing my best to keep you updated while working on the issues.

Hey URSAY, I'm glad to say that the patience payed off and I got my bitcoins sent to my wallet!
I appreciate all your help, however I still need another ticket opened up on today's support escalation list as I only got .41 BTC when I was expecting ~.51
I got the current rate as opposed to the rate of my transaction which should have been ~160.
I was also hoping the transaction fee would be refunded for the delay. I'd appreciate it very much URSAY  Cheesy

Same problem here. 4/8/13 - sent funds from Dwolla to MtGox via Bitinstant. Funds left Dwolla but got a message saying transfer failed and to contact support@bitinstant. No response. Please add to the queue to be rectified.
