In the email from you guys, verifying my transaction. I was told specifically, that "We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order. We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account" So, if you sent me that email, why did you not make the deposit??

Hi,

Same problem here. 4/8/13 - sent funds from Dwolla to MtGox via Bitinstant. Funds left Dwolla but got a message saying transfer failed and to contact support@bitinstant. No response. Please add to the queue to be rectified.

It appears I can no longer que a MTGOX -> Paypal.  I will dig back in this thread, but are you no longer supporting paypal?  I was told I couldn't cash out MTGOX codes for USD after 4/10.  I want to empty the USD from the account before then.  Do I need to find another way to do it?

Just wanted to tell everyone that Ursay did fine by me. I had an issue with mtgox money not getting into my account. 3 days later it's here. I should say that this is probably around my 20th transaction and every other one work without a hitch and was in my account in minutes. The support team on here is quick to respond and I understand they are dealing with significantly more customers than usual and are a little overwhelmed and understaffed right now. You will get your money, but it might take a couple days. If you are having an issue but need BTC immediately I would suggest you use another service to get it when you need it.

Hey guys.

I too have my coinapult link (from email) showing a 0 balance.

I received my bitinstant confirmation at 3:25pm pst and the coinapult email w/ link a minute later.  Is there any way to track what's going on?  Will it generally take longer than an hour?

I would just like to provide a perspective on Bitinstant from personal experience.  A friend of mine knows one of the main Bitinstant guys and worked with him about a year and a half ago when traffic was picking up originally.  He went down to Chile and spent time working on the website.  It is a completely legitimate company.  URSAY is just an employee for this company which has been hit by sudden and insane demand for Bit coins, he's not working for a Ponze Scheme as some people have suggested.  I can tell he is doing his best to keep up with the system he was given, and it's probably very frustrating for him.  I know it's frustrating for considering that people's hard earned money is being managed.  I also have a considerable amount of money in the mix.  I just hope this is reassuring as a first person account of the company, and that if people have patience things will be taken care of.
