Hi, I have not received my bitcoins either.
When I purchased they were trading at $133 now it is much higher.
Do you wait for movements to fill orders?

Once we see our name on the list (My name is on the 4/8 list) what do we do? Should we just wait around until we get an email or get a direct response from you?

Also, people need to stop worrying! The guys at bitinstant are clearly trying to make sure everyone gets helped, screaming "YOU OWE ME MY FUCKING MONEY" or anything along those lines are not going to help anyone, and are only wasting time. Have faith in bitinstant for a little while, they seem to be trying to help everyone.

Thanks for your reply.  Clearly this 160 page + thread shows we are helping.  Surely when I am working 7 days a week and up to 14 hours a day it shows we are making an effort.  I understand your frustrations guys but getting upset with us and spamming our support channels does not help us resolve your issues.  I would think you guys would want to help us move quicker.  No???

Waiting and being patient is the best thing you can do.  Most of these situations involved us sending your orders thru again manually but with the back log it takes time for these orders to complete.  Obviously we would like to get everything under control ASAP!!!  Cheesy

On sunday I sold 3 bitcoins at 143 each to buy them on e-commerce for 128.  bitcoins are now currently at 180. They keep going up. Thats a 156 dollar and counting mistake...

Can you tell me what these #s are?  Any # you supply should have a label as to what it is.  Thanks!

Wow! Just checked my email and I got an email from bitinstant. Checked my order status and it says it has been executed.
Should be getting my coins in an hour or so..but everything seems to be working fine now.
Mine came through too. Except at a price higher than what I paid... Lost another $8 on top of fees.

I seem to be repeating the same things over and over.  Please read my posts guys.  If you have an issue with your order let me know if you'd like to submit another support ticket.  This is the process we use to HELP YOU!  Smiley

Dont understand why, If i'm on the 4/6 list, my issue hasn't been fixed. It seems more and more lists are being created but no one is being helped. By my count there are 3 lists filled with people and only 1 support person helping people. What is going on and why does it take so much time to fix these issues? why didnt the transfers work in the first place?


Problems take time to fix.  noname who posted just above had his issue resolved on the 4/6 list.  However, he opened up a new issue on 4/7.  So clearly issues are getting resolved.  When I have to reassure you I spend less time myself getting into your actual issues.  Thanks for you patience.

I'm on "the list" from 4/7, what does this mean?  I have submitted my order #.  Why do I still not have funds in my paypal?

I have another transaction I would like to do but I don't trust that it's going to go through in a timely manner (if at all at this point).  Noone has come back and said their issue was resolved, which I find odd.

This is getting so frustrating!  Been nearly 24 hours without an update.  Live assist didn't work, no answer to emails, no answer on emergency number posted on website.  So here we are, all asking where our money is?  We finally get a brief reply saying we are added to the list for trouble tickets.  Well what does that mean?  Give some solid answers of when/if we will see our money!  Every hour that goes by is lost money for all of us because of the fast rate bitcoins are rising. Do you intend on refunding our fees or honoring the purchase price of the coins at the time we ordered?  We need some answers.  Please give us details and estimated times.
