It has been 7 days and I have not yet received my coins I have ZIP ZAP confirmation to prove my deposit.  I have sent BITINSTANT numerous emails with no response back,  I have called the emergency line, left a message no response back.

I have used you guys a lot with no problem, but now I feel I have been scammed from my $500 dollars that I deposited through MoneyGram CVS using red phone.

The deposit was initiated through blockchain.info wallet, using cash deposit button which resides on the right hand corner when you authenticate yourself into your wallet.

Please help me get my coins or my funds back

PM me and I can give you more details.

What is your zipzap #.  Please include more info so I can try to help you.  Thanks!  Smiley

P.S.  BitInstant support is not run from "lists".  LOL.  We have wonderful support software, databases, etc. which I am slowly becoming more integrated with.  One step at a time...

Oh that must be why BitInstant continuously ignoring hundreds of emails... Software broke ...

I still want my money ASAP, like it's advertised - instant.

We are not ignoring your emails.  I gave everyone specific instruction on how to get support from me and they are receiving it.  Some issues take longer then others.  Thanks for your patience.  Smiley

So I got my bitcoin from bitinstant 60 hours after purchase, after PMing URSAY yesterday. It appears to be in the realm of the price of btc when I purchased it. URSAY appears to be doing his best.

That being said, shouldn't BitInstant stop accepting new orders until they resolve all complaints with previous transactions?

mine was nowhere near the realm of the price of when I purchased it. I got 50% less than what I purchased.

If they did that they would have no money to process previous transactions.  Why do you think people keep getting these "insufficient funds" related errors?  Usually that means that they have insufficient funds.

I made a post on the forums as I have not gotten any response from bitinstant in the last 24 hours.  I made a withdraw from mtgox via a code to bitinstant to transfer to paypal.  My mtgox code was "cashed in" but the funds did not appear in my paypal.  There was an error in the API response string that stated INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

I still have no refund in mtgox or deposit into my paypal, and no response to my email or 'live' chat thingy on the website, which pretty much just submitted my question and said I would receive a response in my email (so much for 'live'?)

I would BEWARE of using bitinstant at this point as it doesn't appear transactions are going through.  Sadly, my transaction was worth a lot of USD.. which is why I'm so focused on getting this issue resolved, with zero response coming from bitinstant in regards to this issue.

As I said, BEWARE!!!

I understand how you feel. Although $503 isn't a lot of USD for most people, it is for a college student. It's a month of rent.

Still waiting for my $503.95 in Bitcoins. I hope to get it soon because watching the price go up like this over the weekend is not fun at all.

I'll keep checking back here periodically.

Still waiting for $1500 worth of MoneyGram/BitInstant/ZipZap funds. Money gone. No BTC in wallet.
These were three separate transactions of $500.

Sent multiple messages to tech support. No response, other than an initial one saying the BTC would be in the wallet in a few hours. This was days ago.
Sent 2 PM's to Ursay with the detailed information. No response yet.

What's the next step?

I  received confirmation of my money gram payment from zip zap over four hours ago.  My order status is frozen at loading, when it did load once it seemed to have loaded a random transaction with incorrect address and payment amount.  Now back to being frozen at loading with my transaction info displayed.

Watching BTC go up 2.50 as i sit here.  So much for 1 hour guaranteed delivery time.

I have looked around and noticed this is happening pretty consistently.  Is everyone getting this resolved ?

Kudos to JayTease if you seriously did grab that guy's cash before someone stole it and you actually succeed in getting it back to him.

Just sayin.

I have used this service several times, but more than twice the fee I was actually charged was 6% or higher. Does it normally end up charging a higher percent than advertised? I have to admit the speed of service is great, but I like to know how many BTC I am going to get for my transaction and when it is inconsistent I am hesitant to use regularly.

I placed an order with bitinstant via moneygram to bitcoin address and have done this many times.  I do not have my order ID but do have my zipzap account #924478282.  The order was placed on 4/3 at 7:42am.  I contacted moneygram and they verified that the funds have been sent.  I have not received an email from bitinstant stating the coins have been sent / received.  I do not know where my money is.  The amount was $46.95.  Any help would be great!!
