What's the deal with ZipZap? Made payment about half hour ago, and their system (my account payment check) says it's still pending?

Last time their acknowledgment of payment was instant.

Is this normal now? Are others not seeing acknowledgment too?

I would suggest you contact ZipZap to understand the issue and work with them to correct it.  We cannot fulfill your order until it is marked paid.

Tried bitinstant today but deposit slip will not download. I click create payment slip and nothing happens. Tried in Chrome, Firefox and IE.

Why was the amount that arrived at Bitstamp exactly 5% lower than the amount Bitinstant said would arrive?

I don't know.  Do you have an order ID # so I can try to find out for you?

Yes.  Also with Bitstamp.  I received no response from Bitinstant but Bitstamp support sent an email to Bitinstant asking where the 5% went.

Hey yankee, You have helped me a few times before so I have no doubt you can help me out now. I deposited coins into my wallet this morning, and it has yet to show up on the blockchain. This is usually never the case and it always shows up instantly and begins confirmation. My transaction info is as follows:

We occasionally see minor delays on these types of orders.  I would suggest waiting a few hours and you should see it come thru.  If you don't see anything after 12 hours I would suggest you log your issue at bitinstant.com/contact so we can provide you with a solution.  Thanks for your patience.

I have the Zip Zap confirmation emails, but nothing from you. All I have is the reference number on the receipt.

Thanks for logging your issues properly.  When I get into the office in a bit I will personally look into your issues if they are not already solved by then.

For the person asking about why we have support issues...

Problems can be caused by a number of things.  User error, problems at an exchange involved in a transaction, minor delays caused by problems in the system, etc.  The important thing is that we are available here and at bitinstant.com/contact, ready to help resolve your issue.  I don't think anyone can deny that BitInstant customer service is prompt and willing to discuss and help resolve any issue a user might have.  Smiley
