I as a customer would be very hesitant of approaching a designer who behaved in the these ways

Your acquiescence to our valid concerns speaks volumes. So does the fact that you have to take every available moment to explain your inferior design and we still don't understand it.
What you created is a nice picture that belongs somewhere on a video game or on a spacehip, but it has no practical value whatsoever as a logo. It is confusing, overdone, and says nothing about quark. In fact when I look at it, it makes me confused whether you are trying to market quark or market yourself.
Ok smaragda if you win compliments, but it's only ANOTHER unfair contest. Who can get more votes win...

Repeat: Top designer (maybe 1, 2 or max 3 in this contest) spend many time for a logo design, you have to be granted a fair race, meritocratic.
The winner of a logo contest MUST be chosen by who started contest (or admins of coin).
Clearly if you do it this way will not win any who did the best logo, but only those who can get the most votes.

Smaragda is an amateur logo. And also ugly i think.
I have seen many amateur logos much better than that.
amateur i believe is based on the quality of work, pixels, geometry, symmetry etc, not the actual shape or art
art is a perspective of someone else's point of view, but each to their own
his work is actually of a professional nature and again I believe people do not like the shape, art or design.

AS is like some of these logos. The winners logo shouldn't replace the original logo.

What you are witnessing from these trolls is NOT an honest critique of my design... they are just having a fit because a buddy of theirs had a problem that I mentioned the vote had started in another SINGLE thread that I happen to be VERY VERY active.

let you work do the talking, I firmly believe designers should not canvass for votes but you are probably right that other designers maybe doing this as well and this maybe the reason you are doing this, all the best and may the best designer win

This vote has been totally compromised and should be nulled. Obviously, Smaragda is using proxies to vote his logo into the winners circle.

I know a good logo when I see one and that is not it. Yes it is nice to look at in an archaic dungeons and dragons sort of way but it does not portray quark in the right light.
I feel bad for saying this stuff because I know as an artist myself how much work goes into the design process but this is a not a free-market vote. Smaragda is rigging the voting apparatus. There is nothing that justifies this insane lead in voting based on what I see with my own eyes.
I am trying to protect quark's image and our investments in it but you are playing games trying to collect with only your own interests in mind.
