I can't login to my account area yesterday due to difference IP address, I'm blocked now. Already contacted via support ticket but no reply yet from support team until today. If any Bitfinex stuff here please resolve my problem soonest. Thank you !

I had no issues with my withdrawals a few weeks ago, probably they are just under heavy load with the recent price spike. Just try again in a few hours and/or send the support a mail.
He got an error 500......if the hot wallet is empty that's what it should have said..The bitfinex team is incompetent. Don't make excuses for them.

I'm unable to withdraw BTC from my Bitfinex account, getting the cryptic:
"Error 500
Something went wrong.
We have been alerted and we will address the problem as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I withdrew about 6 btc earlier today with no issues. Probably something small they just need to fix.

Anybody knows how "Tradable Balance" is calculated?
Yesterday I was able to trade on Margin about 1.5 BTC and today I can't even margin trade 0.1 BTC.
Liquidation Balance is like at $1200
It is weird sometimes when you have losses and even sometimes even when the price has moved in your favor to overcome those losses into profits. I am not 100% sure how it works other then they taking your equity and dividing it by 30%, however the displayed amount is often less then this. I think it might not update as often as the equity balance updates. Yesterday I was able to trade on Margin about 1.5 BTC and today I can't even margin trade 0.1 BTC.
Liquidation Balance is like at $1200
Is there a formula posted somewhere? How accurate is the Liquidation price? If it says 1200, I won't get liquidated at 600, correct?
