I think they are having problem with some of the accounts or in their trading platform. I haven't done any trading in this platform before.
Do yourself a favour and don't do any more trading on bfx. GTFO unless you want to get goxxed.

What's address of create new ticket support? I can't found.
My withdraw USD pending 4 days not process.

Do you know they switched banks a few times lately? Some posts on the previous page are about the changes. It could take them some time to change their software to using a new bank account. That could be the reason for your delayed withdrawal. It's strange how they switched banks twice recently though.

It's maybe the "stress test" (or the giveaway coinwallet.eu ran instead) - I requested a withdraw on the 11th and it got stuck with no confirmations. A later withdrawal went through fine, so I emailed support about the earlier withdrawal. Support replied pretty promptly. (I finally got my withdrawal yesterday).

I've got three withdrawals that are not confirmed. The first one was made three days ago, the last two earlier today, but since they have inputs related to the original withdrawal, they didn't get through either...

I cannot sustain this level of incompetence, and now I'm moving my coins elsewhere

I cannot access my account at all.  This has been a problem for a couple of weeks now where my 2FA would work half the time, then the other half it would tell me that my 2FA token was wrong.  This has been going on for a few weeks, but I could always get in if I kept trying.  Now yesterday and today, I have been trying for a couple of hours now and it isn't working.  No problems using my 2FA on any other site, just Bitfinex.

Anyone have any ideas while I wait for support to contact me back?
In case you're using an Android device... Try to set the system clock manually, check/uncheck the option to receive time information from your provider. Works for me most of the time.

For some reason the button to set time using network settings came unchecked.  Checked it and was able to log right in.  Not sure why every other site works fine though?

Check using https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.org.amip.ClockSync or similar if your local clock is actually accurate.

I still have CTBC BANK Co., Ltd., just as you posted in your previous post. 
A friend told me of the bank change.

I checked, and now have Hwatai Bank, Ltd.
I also think this is a major red flag, and I am strongly considering removing a large portion of my deposits

I guess you shouldn't use an exchange account as a wallet. I hold there only the amount which is just enough to last me (my bot) trading so long till I notice that my account is drying up and add in more funds...

Okay, you may be lending, but is it really worth it?

I also think this is a major red flag, and I am strongly considering removing a large portion of my deposits.  The part that bother's me is their lack of communication.  They don't announce the bank changes, they don't talk about their banking strategies, and they sure as hell never talk about the challenges and reasons for them changing banks so frequently.  If Bitfinex, and many other bitcoin companies, would just communicate better I think things would be a little better.
