You're welcome!

I have my own robot (written in Qt/c++), that's why I ask. Did you write it yourself (someone wrote it for you), or you bought it somewhere?

Cool!  c++ is very fast!
I write it myself in c#! Still testing though!

I got a market order stuck can't get filled and I can't cancel it!
Thats very bad because my robot can't trade anymore because of this!
any help?

You can follow them on twitter @bitfinex

By the way, what type of robot do you use, web form or api based?

Thanks for you help bro!
I use a custom robot using api.

Trading is down, again. And of course it's right before a significant movement in LTC, again.

If it weren't for the margin trading, I think I would have moved from Bitfinex by now. A lot of downtime lately.

I can't wait until other exchanges like Bit-X or BitStamp offer margin trading.

Withdrawals now seem to be stuck too (in a state of "processing"). Some of my open buy orders (which I couldn't cancel) got filled, and I immediately tried to withdraw the proceedings...

Time to run, I guess

Withdraws are working fine now or mine did anyway, going over to kraken for a bit, mostly just hodl anyway Smiley

Mine got through too. I even sent back some BTC for day trading (percentage of what I had there). I have another story to tell, but will wait until the support finally make up their mind. I got some orders filled while the exchange was allegedly halted, so it is now up to them to solve the issue...

I won't let it go

Awesome Bitfinex! You´re doing a great job , as always? I Everything will be resolved "soon" just until it happens the next time (5-6 days...)
Admit that you´re ouf money and coins and give people back what´s left, if there is anything left......
Thanks for fuckin everything up!

No, they are scarcely out of money. I successfully withdrew the core of my deposit (in addition to my 0.2BTC I withdrew previously). The withdrawal was pretty fast...

Left something around 0.5BTC which is stuck in open orders

If they aren´t now wait till we crash to sub 100 and all those 25m USD longs, most of them with BTC as collateral, will evaporate into nothing as there simply isn´t enough buy support to close into. This whole thing is going to blow up sooner or later.

The bitfinex employees seem to be more active on reddit these days.
If you have any problems with BFX I would therefore recommend posting
in r/bitcoinmarkets  Smiley

They should pay more attention to this thread, they haven't posted in a lot of time.

Trading on Bitfinex is currently halted for all users. We identified an anomaly in
post-trade processing and have suspended trading to resolve the issue. We expect trading
to resume shortly. please keep an eye on https://twitter.com/bitfinex to receive updates

Let us hope this 'post-trade processing' doesn't cause some traders out there to be left with huge losses.

I received the same e-mail. I also asked them if they would allow traders to cancel their open orders before trading restarted...

And there I thought we were working with a reasonably professional trading system. These kinds of delays are unacceptable. Any trader who wants to check if their stop-loss or limit orders have been hit is now impatiently grinding teeth.

Any wise trader is currently not over-leveraged, however, in light of the recent Bitfinex flash-crash no trader wants to be left with a frozen trading station in a situation like this.

Mod point one down for Bitfinex.  Angry

lol, like Mtgox. People GTFO if you still can.

Withdrawals are working fine, I've just tried to withdraw something like 0.2BTC. Just trades are halted

Apparently they are trying to prevent a new wave of long margin calls but they must give some info regarding this situation.

But the price seems to be more or less stable right now. I guess this is more like some technical issue...
