I just checked my accounts. 1 account recieved payment, but the number seems way to low (25% lower than I would expect), and the other accounts did not get a swap payment at all. Good to know they are aware of the problem, hopefully they will reveiw the last several days to make sure all payments have been made accurately. Looking at all of my own tracking, it appears at first glance that the 26th - 28th had weird results for me.

The issue with swap payments not going out everyday should have already been fixed. If you are still encountering issues, please let me know.

The issue with underpaid swaps will take a little bit more time to look in to, but we should have an update for everyone within 48 hours. Sorry for the delay.

Im not sure if youre new to bitfinex maybe, so did you check that your offer is anywhere near the chance to be taken yet? Not that you are a couple hundred btc back in the swaplist.

I have used it for awhile and have never had to wait this long. Usually when I would throw a FRR swap offer up for bitcoin it would be taken in a couple of hours max at 30 days, now it has been over a week. Was just curious if anyone else is seeing waiting times like this?

We're aware that some users are having issues and are working towards fixing it. I'll post an update in this thread when it's fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Ok, withdraws work again. Im not sure what to think about that. Payments arent processed for so long. Ok, weekend, but still. There should be alot of staff around.

I once had a swap payment in two batches. A small one and later the rest. I dont know what triggered that.

Hot Wallet seems to be empty too. Not even small withdraws happen. Dont tell me... *sigh*

I really cant get another "hack". Maybe i saw this happen too often so that i think about these things so fast.

I tried to get them to stop a withdraw now, since i confirmed it and then i was told that its the wrong address. Maybe luck in bad luck though i doubt they will cancel it before the refill their hot wallet.

The hot wallet needs refill, this happens occasionally, just wait a while and you'll get funds. Think in the small print they say withdraws can take up to 24 or 48 hours sometimes.
