I think it is very big news. Also congrates to Omise Team. Thai Central Bank support is great.

maybe if Jun didn't pump the hell out of the price with his marketing this would not be falling on undelivered promises.....LT bullish but I don't see any deals coming through yet.... just talks and pictures....

That is Thailand  not all southeast asia country, we wait for the country in southeast asial make regulation about crypto currency along with the passing of time and of course there are countries that accept otherwise there is also a strong reject.

I'm not sure if this is the big september aanouncement. Things are going good as I undersand, anyway

Free OmiseGO never hurts. Maybe they will divide it between the who works on the project as a bonus

As I can understand from "Mcdonalds google facepay omisego" bla bla it will be big release in q4 ,when Omisego will have wallet and switch to PoS algorithm.

Is it a random airdrop or any perquisites was required?
Because I haven't recieved any though I hold both OMG and ETH in my wallet. Some of my friends recieved small amount of OMG, not sure how they airdrop.
Anyway OMG is one of the top notch crypto around.

Can you please tell more about mainnet launch? whats this "mainnet" mean and what we expect about mainnet ?

There was an air drop of some OMG tokens. I also got some. 0.xx something

Another possibility. I've read elsewhere that there was an "air drop" of OMG into the wallets of large ETH holders.

some days ago i got some omisego tokens on one of my ethereum addresses. i cant remember taking part in any lottery or something, but maybe it was some bounties payout?

Pretty interesting analysis you got there, esp the $5000 to $170,000-200,000 part. I've personally alloted a small part of my portfolio for OMG as well but im curious, what is this "Mainnet Launch" you are talking about? Can you share the link? I've googled but could not find any results. If something big is coming up for OMG at Q4 2017 i would definitely buy more today.

my friend lives in thailand and the buzz for omg in asia is really high with the all the pboc and centralized exchanges being shut down.

The problem with OMG ICO was that this was not really announced anywhere and you should find it by miracle accident on Bitcoin Suisse webpage. Also
As of my knowledge a lot of willing participants was refused by Bitcoin Suisse in this ICO. So do not worry the chances that you could participate was little to none.

I think investors was those who are very close involved in Omise Company and Ethereum Development.

Let say good friends of Vitalic, June,Gavin , Poon ,Bitfinex , people from Thai Ministerium of Finance ,McDonalds franchise CEO and others was the main investors in OmiseGo ICO.

Minimum participation amount – 5’000 USD (not for everyone as you see, personaly I never would invest such a great amount to an unknown ICO)
Maximum participation amount – 100’000 USD (I wish I could invest so much just in ICO)

Thats mean you could get from 17 000 to 23 000 OMG with a minimum of 5000$


Basiclly if you would invested in OMG ICO a minimum required ammount of 5000$ you would get now 170 000 $$ - 230 000 $$. Depending on ETH/USD value.

Offcourse if everyone would be a participiant of this ICO the price would be never so stable like now. That means participants was allready rich people. Because for me to get from 5000$ 170 000$ is very huge. And I am 100% sure that I would fix that ammount of money. Because well...Its huge for me.

Thats why not everyone could participate in promising ICOs.


Hopefully we will see the big rise in q4 2017 with Mainnet Launch. And simple girls and boys from Bitcointalk.org, twitter and reddits could get their $$$ to "make planet better"  

$25/OMG is quite a far fetch for the immediate future
