Why not just make a POS coin and use it for your multipools? enough POS mining pools and it will kill off all POW coins..

just make a good coin that rewards it's holders for mining other coins, you wouldn't even need to actively point it at one particular coin.

so guys can just point their hardware at it and then the pool op can have a voting list or something maybe to pick what coin to take down
