First of all, thank you optiminer for your work with this miner. It is by far the highest performing one. However it behaves a bit erratically. For example, I use a rig with 4x290x cards (actually it's 2x295x2s) and without apparent reason, it stopped mining on two of them at one point. The cards are rock solid stable and they've never skipped a beat with Claymore's miner or previous scrypt miners. Please see the log below in case you have any suggestions 
(do note that from 18:39, only 2 GPUs seem to be mining anymore)

I found miner couple of times crashed when internet connection is lost...

It's probably easier for testing if you mine with your wallet address.
Generate an address at your favourite exchange, then do:
optiminer -s zec-eu.suprnova.cc:2142 -u WALLETADDRESS.rig1 -p x
And access the anondashboard:
https://zec.suprnova.cc/index.php?page=anondashboard&user=WALLETADDRESS
and you should see some shares etc.
(be sure to set a rigname when mining.. so WALLETADDRESS.rig1

What is dev fee for optiminer? I read it is 10%. Is it then 780 - 10% = 702 h/s? Or my real speed of Rig is 780 h/s?

Does this work without registering to your pool?
Only getting about 200~ sols/s with my RX 480 Rig. Not even clos to the 260 expected. These cards are all slightly overclocked as well.
Windows or linux? The 260 sol/s is for linux. The release notes (README) say that the newer R9 and RX GPUs run their best on linux at this point.

Running 1.3.1 and getting 300 S/s per R9 290x on a normal PC and running stable for the last hours.

What parameter for windows for r9 fury 
started using and getting a very stable 200 with my r9 380 just runs a bit warmer than claymores but im geting 20 more with optiminer and thanks to the guys who posted the example bat
