I'm wondering, if I purchased a card would this mean I could attach it as a card and bank account to my PayPal and then withdraw funds from PP to my bank linked to the card, so that I could withdraw the money from the bank at an ATM?

I just arrived from post office. All seems great CARD arrived undamaged, PIN was not opened... Speed of all transaction was amazing. I just registered the card and made top up, I will write here later if withdraw from ATM was also smooth.

The cards expiration time is 1.5 - 2 years.
What did you mean by max limits? I can load the card up to max limit for a fee. I don't have cards with different limits, other than specified.

Sorry for the noob question, but how exactly would you load one of these cards (If you're in the US) with money?
How to reload? Since WBK doesn't allow BTC transactions anymore.
Several methods:
- SEPA money transfer (for EU customers)
- SWIFT/BIC bank wire (for all customers)
- Western Union
- Skrill and other similar online payment services that allow IBAN withdrawals
- any other methods that involve transferring money into bank account
Also, if you need to load the card anonymously, I offer the service too.
