I still don't see this as a big issue, Goat could have sold an absolute ton of shares at that time.

The Goat has done nothing wrong, his transfer was in the 16th.
Since that time, as he has said he has been buying up TYGRR.BOND-P.

~350 shares were transferred out of the Goat's account, after the Pirate's announcement.
Technically he maybe did not "sell" it, but obviously he did not transfer 350 shares to somebody else, just for a fun of it.

The only thing that counts is this number: https://glbse.com/api/quantity_trading/TYGRR.BOND-P - total number of bonds own by anyone except Goat.
And according to his own contract, this number had no right to change since the BS&T close down was announced.
The contract doesn't say a word about pirate defaulting or not - so who cares what Goat thinks about some alleged Pirate's default?

On August 14th there were 27895 bonds (which you can see in the div history table)
So he is shorting his own bonds and at highly undervalued price.
We can only hope that he has enough BTC to backup such an investment, after Pirate eventually pays out.
But he should have, after he screwed up the TYGRR.BOND-PI investors so smoothly...

I'll repeat loud and clear, Pirate has not defaulted. A late payment is not a default, he explained why is late and that he will repay us, he's still around everyday, this is not a default.

Unfortunately, I think everyone involved in the BS&T era will get shit for it, no matter what they say, do, or how the contract reads. If this thing ends badly, people are going to hate whoever they can. I for one have been able to come out of this thing up about 65% from where I started. Goat, I thank you for the opportunity and look forward to your next venture.
My GLBSE coins are now all in YABMC, BITBOND and PUREMINING, and I recommend these GLBSE assets, because they seem at least somewhat legit. Although I expect a 30-50% chance of getting burned on these investments.

How do you figure that he's shorting them, and not merely buying them buying them back?
If he was buying them back, the number under the link would be getting lower.And the number has been getting higher - so he is selling the bonds onto the market.
