Yeh site June 2021 mein set up ki gayi thi aur Coinbase Pro jo advanced trading features offer karta tha 9 November 2022 ko band kar diya gaya jab uski functionalities main Coinbase platform mein integrate kar di gayi thi. Tomar ne phishing techniques use ki jis mein social engineering aur jhooti login errors shamil thein taake logon ko apne cryptocurrency wallets ka access dene par majboor kar saken. DOJ ne bataya ke fraudsters ne Coinbase representatives ban kar victims ke computers aur accounts par remote desktop software ke zariye qabza hasil kiya.
