You should never panic sell. There are reasons as to why your coin or the whole market is going down, whatever the reason is, it will still revert back to its old state without you even realizing it. The smartest thing to do is to hodl your tokens and be patient, that is if your token had the potential to have its value again.
I think it depends on the price you buy. If you only lose 10% of your money, then i suggest you sell and wait for a better opportunity to buy. If you lose 50% or more of your money, I suggest you keep it, rich always be richer, thats true, hold is the good way in the long term.
No the market will not go down all the time. The market is highly unstable, so becomes the price of coins. I am not understanding why people are panic when the market goes down? and why they want to invest in it when cannot endure market fluctuation. I want to urge all not to cause panic-sell, the market goes up and down, it always happens. You can be always on the look out to reap benefits amid these scenario.
I will suggest that you should't panic because it will make you take decisions that you may later regret, I think you should hold patiently until when the market recover because I am sure the price of coin will rise when the market continues to rise and this dip affects not only altcoin but also bitcoin.
I'm very sorry that people do not trust crypto currency and panic sell their coins during the fall of the market. It seems to me that they make a mistake and miss their chance.

Panic selling is a common thing in crypto because the value of crypto is very volatile. When the market falling, peoples with no experience
will sell to avoid or cut their loss. But if they knew later the price will be corrected back, they would not sell their coins.
Ill know it was first time for them in crypto so some of them ill tell to hold some of coins if the price was falling down and if have a potential coins.

All of us need to understand that the crypto market is very cyclical. People will always be prone to panic. But everything can change in a few days. It seems to me that the best solution is to wait patiently.
I think we are going to panic because we feel that our token was being dumped any time ,so because of that we sell our token with the lower price,and it could affect the volume and the price of one token.

We should not panic. After all, at a time when we are panicking whales buy coins from us at a very low price. We are losing out on the chance to earn good money.
now if we look even better to buy it, because the stability of the market is always visible at the end of the year, although now not so visible stability.
this is why that we need to learn about how to stay calm if the market is down too deep. the market will always up and down and we don't have to be panic especially if the price it goes down. I don't think that panic sell is the best things that we can do because it will make us get a big loss. I think it is better to hold the altcoin until the price is back than to do panic sell and the other people will gain the benefits from the panic sell.
For me its better to hold your altcoin, if you sell all your altcoins for now you can earn a very few profit due to its price declining, but if you hold it wait until price recover you will see a good profit.
If you think that your alts are at the time of their prime then I think you can sell them. If they can make you a sufficient amount that is. But if your alts are still doing bad right now then you should hold more.

market is at the dip point, why we must panic? it will be better to hold our good coins for long term. if we panic sell at this prices we will damaged and so i prefer to hold my coins at least for 4 years.

For me their is no need to do a panic selling if you want to earn more and more profits... Because the best way to earn more profits is to wait the exact moment to sell, without even getting to be panic at all. Panic can distruct our good planned and strategies in our investment crypto.

The market price is now very unstable, for that we must be smart in choosing the right time to sell or buy, my suggestion to sell not at the present time but to buy this time, because the market price is now in the opportunity and very profitable for the future of the altcoin trader.
