That is a bad attitude if you have that especially in this business because panic selling just gonna make you lose koney and make the bitcois or any coins worst because as you panic sell you will cut off the loses you have then knowing that the coins are already falling then you also sell then you are just contributing to the downfall of that coins and they will be down even more then until the coins will become dead. So just stay calm just hold and sell when it is your preferred price in the market.
