yea thats strange they dont allow transfer from ıco page to exchanges. ıts should be because of ıncrease wallet usage.

Part is not an ICO but a SWAP so you swap your coins. Now (hoping you understand this) dedicated investors, I mean the investors who actually follow their investment understand you had to create your own key, that key can be imported to the new wallet.
