I see a lot of my friend on Facebook joined the cryptocurrency market and invested in an ICO project because of the high fluctuate of the Token exchange rate. I think they have put all one's eggs into one basket for spending an ICO when the market is bearish. IMO, the sensible moment to buy Token of an ICO project is the next year 2019, when the market recovers.
