I expect advertising revenue. My another service Daily Bitcoins is 100% ad-sponsored and show good revenue despite large amounts paid out to its users.

If it's mostly a hobby, how about creating an "unlock bounty" for whatever sum you deem reasonable?

My balance/overview show show pending bets as well.
I just sunk some money on a provably fair bet (= NOT instant), and my balance just dropped.
You can list the pending bets there and give the expected value of the bets.

Every loss pairs you up with another person and a doubling amount.
The amount of levels you want to go is your choice.
So I start off with 0.01 BTC, I lose.
Pair with a person that is at 0.02 BTC, I lose.
Pair with a person that is at 0.04 BTC, I lose.
Etc, etc, etc.

Basically one side of the site would operate similar to satoshidice, after it reached 2/2 it would send back
to its players, and for the customizing part you would create an account, and make your own games
with the stats.

Would make the "Play without house edge!" kinda unreal, not that the house keeps the edge, but the miners.
Lol, so if a casino opened that charged nothing and even put an ATM in the lobby would you be like "Whoa whoa, that ATM will charge you $3, no house edge my ass".
