It's good news but it will take time before it becomes effective because currently I live in that country and banks are very strict when it comes to crypto income and if they found out then they will close your account. I think it is just going to create a lot of jobs but the acceptance of the bank industry will happen in a few years.

maybe no longer again much government accept and legalize bitcoin in their country.bitcoin and cryptomarket provide technology that usefull in any field.so it could be implemented in real life.

The Cagayan crypto valley, TBH I'm not expecting that it will be granted by the Government, though It's a really a good news in crypto world, despite having a lot warnings set out by the BSP in regarding the numerous cases that involves Bitcoin scamming.
Though, I'm just curious on how will the Government regulate the said project, I'm pretty sure that it will be targeted by some officials that aims not for the progress but to benefit from it.

I never know that Philippines is accepted 5 crypto currencies, and those crypto which was I knew are Bitcoin, Ethereum, BCH, and XRP unless the 5 alts is Loyalcoin were they are partnering with 711 convenience store outlet and Lazada online shop, I'm just not sure if this is still a plan or on going process.

Love seeing this kind of news as more people is being aware about the use and benefit of cryptocurrency. Philippines as being a friendly with cryptocurreny made a good move. I hoping that even the process in Government will adopt blockchain technology in order to remove bureaucracy in our currency system. This will lessen is not eliminate corruption. Some governments that recently banned the use of bitcoin seems to have changed their minds ad one of them is China. One of China's arbitration court ruled in favor of bitcoin and it said that everyone has the right to own cryptocurrency. In the Philippines, its government have already started its own road to bitcoin adoption or legalization by giving license to those crypto exchanges and this move will benefits a lot of crypto holders.

I heard it from the news bro. And read it carefully, They are PLANNING to accept approximately 25 companies and didnt drop the names of the companies. It means in the future there are 25 companies will be given a license to operate in the philippines.
