The bitcoinforum is supposed to be one full of intelligent people. Why this bullshit talk of religion?
In my opinion, nowadays most of the religions are playing a negative role in the society. They are slowing down progress and by trying to increase the number of adherents (through banning family planning.etc), they are harming the planet.
That's right, these religions only exacerbate social tensions. The Church reminds me of the bank, to donate a lot of money

All or most of us here will tell that his/her religion is the best. This will only start an argumentation and finally hatred as no one will let his/her religion be insulted. I would rather say that the best one are those who adhere non-violence,respect and love who consider every human being as brother and sister.

We should be open toward other religions and people and don't judge something we don't understand.

True. For me, Regardless of what religion you have, it is the values or the way u serve god by means of Christianity. What is the meaning of religion to you? many people keep on arguing what is the best religion or what religion can only go to Heaven? They said Iglesia Ni Cristo is the only religion that god can bring on heaven. I am a catholic christian but i still don't know if what is the best religion. Maybe its still depends on people if how they will take their religion in their daily lives. As long as we believe that there is God.. Religion is just organization.

This is something I myself even have crisis with because everyone will lay claim to the fact that their own religion is the best because its the one recognised by God and that is the reason why I tend to just respect everybody religion and because its even a serious sensitive issue in this part of the world that I come from. I think what really matters is just our own personal being as we have good people and bad people spread across religion lines and that will give interpretation to which religion is the best of all religions.
I would not aligned my answer to your query because there's no best religions that existing in this world whether it is Jehovah's witnessed, Catholics,Baptist and what so ever still theres no best of it.I believe the best religions is only believing on him and to offer our selve's and life to him wholeheartedly. I believe also that religions won't help ourselves to be saved in danger's because since from the commenced were all perfectly sinners.-but the best way to believe is to accept god as our personal saviour forever.
I voted in favor of Buddhism. Although I am not a Buddhist. I like the fact that this religion of peace and promoting harmony between man and nature

Islam, of course, no doubt about that. if you just read Qur'an and its translation (in your language), you will find how Allah describes the signs that He exists by mentioning some scientific truth like the rainbow mountains in China (Chapter Fatir verse 27), how human is created, how the process of raining, even astronomy, health, and many others. Qur'an content is so complete, added by some explanations from Prophet Muhammad.

I believe that there is only 1 God regardless of what religion you belong with. Religion only classifies what group you belong with but again, we only worship 1 God. Lets respect each one and lets not judge others. Do good so others will treat you equally. We were created equally and there is only 1 God who create us. That is my opinion and please respect.
I find the idea of more gods betted, like that every religion gods exist at the same time and that this more like "my dad can beat your dad" situation.
But yes, there may be one universal god that's responsible for all of this.
well that's an interesting thought. I also believe that there's one supreme being out there that is the architect of everything. we may have different names for that supreme being but I think all religions are pertaining to that single "god"

All actions, even energy movements, are reactions that were caused by some cause. And that cause is reaction caused by some previous cause. It goes all the way back to the beginning. All of the reactions in the whole universe... which become causes in their own right.
But how could such complexity and intelligence like in the universe have been caused by something starting a bunch of causes? Because it was God that started it all. You just suggested God. You simply didn't go into enough detail.

I don't believe in God but I understand that God is in all major religions one. The various prophets. But judging by how people fight because of religion for me they are all bad. Jump to:
