Any book that doesn't teach the salvation of Jesus in the factual ways the Bible presents them, isn't worth it. After all, this all passes when one dies.

Any book that teaches Jesus salvation in the factual ways that the Bible presents them is unnecessary as a religious book. After all, we already have the Bible.

I am an Urantia Book reader, and I am convinced that it is the best religion option for these present days because it provides a new approach to the old religions under a Christian perspective and an universal spirituality.

The teachings of Christ and the 10 Commandments are ideals and values worth believing in and give children a solid foundation - if reinforced through childhood-to-adulthood - for being law-abiding, well-behaved, hard-working, productive, kind, and charitable adults. They give people reasons to do good and be good. Some people need that reinforcement, even if it's fear of damnation. They really make for much more civil societies. For these reasons, it's irrelevant to me whether or not a God actually exists.

Voted for atheism, cause religion for me it's like a good scam, people wasting a lot of money and beleiving that theirs problems will dissapear by God. No, sorry it will not happen.

I'll try to answer you ( don't be offensed)
First, when you have an opinion about something, you need to know more infos about that. As I've see it  you know nothing about ( in this case) Christianity.
You hon't know what Orthodoxy means if you think that is the same with Catholicism. Of course they all are Christians but different.
The Orthodoxy represent the Early Church, they didn't change as others did.
After Great Schism the Christianity were divided in Catholicism and Orthodoxy
And then after ~500 years was another schism inside of Catholicism made by Luther and Calvin. so was born Protestantism
From the Protestants were born neo-protestants  and so on..
There are few confession and thousands of sects!
Remember that "YOU CAN'T STUDY SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND"
In my case, I know more things about Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism or Atheism because if I don't know what they are, I can be wrong.

You say about burned witches, I can say about paganish crimes and so on, The Bible doesn't say to kill someone, in the same way in which Peace doesn't mean war.
About homosexuality, Also I am ecologist ( do you are?) If you are, let's saying that pollution is bad, do you agree? Just answer to yourself. Homosexuality is bad for humanity in the same way, pollution is bad for Earth/Nature.
I think you accept Evolutionism, If do you accept that theory, you cannot pretend that homosexuality is good. ( I've read many books about evolutionism, I know what I'm talking! )

Look at the northen countries from Europe ( Sweden, Norway, Danemark or Holland) they have resources, they have money, they have almost everything except liberty and morality because of their governments policies. Secular Americans did not stop the live burning of witches nor did they make it illegal.  In fact, America didn't exist as a sovereign state during the Salem witch trials (as I'm sure you know). No witches were burned alive as English law forbade it.  Most were hanged, one was pressed to death.

on my street this next 2 churches, almost all go to church on Sundays for example do not have anyone on the street because everyone is in church.

I was close to death, has an accident and got stuck in the car could only move my head, but the rest of my body not moving. The gas tank broke up and started pouring and that same hour had fire near the car and some children who were trapped inside the car. I thought, I will die. time really started crying because my body is not moved and everyone was very hurt and some unconscious, but had a lot of healthy people around us, people who lived in that area was limited to just watch me and others who suffer accidents die.

Someone good heart stopped his car and provided aid, was thanks to that person that no one died, but one month after the accident I knew that area people believe much in witchcraft and that does not help us because our car hit the tree that the natives consider to be sacred tree.

See that who told them that that tree was sacred was a healer (a man equal to all of us)

If the bible was written by god, there would only be 1 denomination... there would not be 10,000+ different ways to interpret god's message

I'm an Estern Christian Orthodox, I have nothing with atheist people! It's their  choice and I respect that! But don't forget what atheism have done. Don't forget how many Christians were killed in Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Yougoslavia,  and how many churches were destroyed, how many people arrested  etc.. All of those were done by communism and bolshevism in the name of atheism.

Let humanity be the only religion. Religion were actually a moral code of conduct in the primitive lawless world.
Religion to me is my culture. I too believe in supreme power the ultimate source of all energy but surely it doesn't have a shape or brain like a human.

Atheism is no religion. It shouldn't be there on the poll.

Even though i don't believe in any religion, if i ever did, i would go for buddhism. It seems it is the most harmless one and there aren't many (or any) shit ideas in that one, in contrast to islam, christianity and judaism.

I am not the expert about religions tho.

The remaining strongholds of religion are in the third world nations, such as Pakistan, Somalia, Turkey and Saudi Arabia. When these countries develop, religion will lose its importance there as well.

i think that there is not best religion at all, the one that you will find comfortable with  yourself , are the best one for you, and people are so different so... in the end is all up to yourself.

I have no religion ... but I see every thing ridiculous coming from people who have religion, for my point of view these people want to not be alone, can not think for themselves, they need someone to guide them and so are manipulated.
