my account is still frozen!!!

Accounts tend only to get frozen for a number of things. 1 multi accounts 2 stuff being done on them that is dodgy. 3 using different locations to login or using VPN or proxy or your ip changing a lot of times to throw security flags up. 4 and often than not people do get banned for this type is spam payments, spamming with very little amounts, this can cause problems for the exchange and slows payments down, and or overload.. I

And looking into your responses you got from support is for spamming payments. Just agree to it and apologies and was not aware of such activities that can lead to account being suspended. They will then once agreed you understand will remove this restriction in place as they are awaiting for you to agree.

Support have offered to re enable your account so long as you agree and understand. For you just sending a lot of hate to them is not going to do you any justice. Just bite your bottom lip, agree, say sorry even if you do not want to. Their many reasons why exchanges will suspend your serves related to payment spam. Looking though all your BTC payments is classed as spamming the system as it can overload and am not going into all details of it and why they ban.. Simply just agree get account re activated and in future just deposit one sum when you have the funds to or stop using their services.

this is once happen to me,its happen if you generate too many address on same time,or too many generte various address.
just contact poloniex and send a message about what happen to you,and they will explain how your account frozen.

Yeah. I would expect that if you generated too many addresses, that would happen. But it's nice to see that the website is quite friendly and that they value their customers. By the way, how many addresses do you need to make at the same time for this to happen?

I dont know where to post this , did anyone else get their account frozen??  i just noticed this last night and of course i asked help desk for help..   im at tier 2 with then and not even a email to notify me that they frozen my account..  first cryptsy but at least cryptsy helped me get most of my funds and i just deposited at polonex  and of course a frozen account they would allows deposits .. its wrongs type of ways to handle a very important business..   please feel free to express your views on crypto exchanges..

 

I don't really use these kind of websites, I am not a trader of Bitcoin and this is one of the reasons I don't trade. I have not experienced anything like this pretty much because I have never traded before. This is why I am not a fan of trading websites, but at least you got most of your Bitcoin back.

I've been there a gazillion times. But I didn't spam the fuck out of this forum, I simply realize I'll have to wait until they fix the issue.
They wont screw you over a few mBTC, they're making a shitload of money.

The problem with tiny deposits is that they are also send out as tiny deposits and you are stressing their system probably.

Just fix it somehow, make less payments from the miners (set it to daily instead of after a block?) And your problem is gone.

Also, I would advise on chatting to support in a nice tone, they will be much more helpful than.

first time having that issue but polonex is right about deposits... just mining a different coin and it had fast generation..  learning as i go..  i understand the issue but not right to freeze my account.. and it allows deposit afterwards.. even a recent btc deposit.. its bad business

Your account is frozen because you have been making an enormous amount of very tiny deposits, please collect such deposits on your desktop wallet and then send larger and less frequent transactions to your Poloniex account.

Please let me know you understand and I will re enable your account.

and it still no reason to freeze my account,,, i should only have the right to request a to hold my account , your freezing my account prevented for me to fix the problem till now,,, your troll box is a poor example to the bitcoin community.. thank you

its not ok from them to freeze your account without just discussing this issue with you.

but i understand why they insist on bigger transactions: many small transactions cost them much fees when they have to send them out again.

btw have you checked their tos? do they mention that as a policy?

Have you contacted the support, or at least writing in the troll box chat, there are usually many moderators online there and they may help you to fix your issue.

Have you given them your ID/documents, so they allow you withdraw your funds?
This could be the issue. Especially if you're from the US.

I have used poloniex last week and everything was ok, from your deposit history it means that only the last transaction is being confirmed when it reaches 30 confirmation.
