Thanks for your detailed review!
You're most welcome! I have tested the bot for sometime and I must say that you have made a pretty decent bot. I hope that players will find it useful for conversion of their funds directly on Stake.com. I have tried my best to share as much detail in the review about the bot as possible.

I have also included a video tutorial for those who want to know that how to use the Poorbot. Although, using of Poorbot isn't hard by any means but I'm quite sure that video will be helpful. I wish you best of luck, and I hope that some players may soon find about the bot. It's a pretty useful tool and anyone who uses it for once will definitely use it again and again.

My Suggestion for Improvement of the PoorBot

I suggest the developer of the bot to fix a few issues that I have noticed during my tests. First issue to fix is to make bot more responsive to quick transactions, and instead of giving error message the bot should give a message like "please wait a few seconds".

Another thing that I suggest to the developer of the bot is to reduce the minimum accepted amount to Stake’s minimum accepted amount for the tip as many users may face some problems if they send tips that are below $0.50 in value.

My final suggestion to improve the bot is to add more crypto-currencies in the list of accepted crypto-currencies. With more crypto-currencies in the list users have choice to convert to other desired crypto-currencies if they want.

Thanks for your detailed review!

Bot checks for incoming tips every 30 seconds (in order not to spam Stake's API), but I agree the error message should be better, will fix that!
Minimum amount is different for each coin so even if you can send, say $0.20, bot might not be able to send the converted amount back in another currency, that's why I set it at $0.50 to make sure, but I'll work on that as well, and add more currencies!

Poorbot Review

Introduction

Today I got the opportunity to test an amazing platform that’s available for Stake.com users. It’s basically an exchange bot that will allow the Stake users to convert their crypto-currencies on the platform directly, it works with the Stake’s tip feature. I was excited when I started testing this platform because I’ve never seen a fast and responsive solution for Stake users like this one before. Stake users can now easily convert their funds from one currency to another by paying only 0.3% conversion fees to Poorbot and they’ll get the converted currency within seconds.

Web design/User Interface

The web design of the Poorbot is very simple and that's why anyone can learn to use this bot easily within minutes. The Poorbot's website is fast and very responsive, I have faced no lags or delays while using the website. I would consider the design of the Poorbot's website as a nostalgic design with super fast speeds and simplistic looks, the page isn’t bloated like many other web pages. It’s basically a single page website where you get the bot and some information about its usage. The bot’s web page is just like a web page that many online calculators offer. It loads pretty fast even on low-end systems with minimum ram.

Currencies Accepted

Poorbot exchanger is basically a tool that allow you to convert your Stake’s funds from one crypto-currency to another crypto-currency for just 0.3% fee per conversion. The following crypto-currencies are available for conversion at the time of testing: BTC, ETH, TRX, LTC, USDT, DOGE, BNB, and XRP. The bot will help you to convert all of those crypto-currencies in a matter of seconds. If you have BTC in your Stake's account and you want to convert your BTC into another crypto-currency like LTC, TRX, DOGE, and others in the list then it can be done easily with Poorbot exchanger.

If you want to avoid huge withdrawal fees of BTC and want to convert your Stake’s BTC funds to another crypto-currency that has low withdrawal fees like TRX then you can do that with Poorbot exchanger. You will end up paying less fees to withdraw your funds from Stake.com to your own personal wallets. It won’t take you a day or two or even hours, it will only take you a few seconds to convert your funds with the help of Poorbot exchanger. When I converted my funds from TRX to LTC it basically took me less than a minute, later I have completed many conversions and each conversion was completed under a minute.

How Poorbot works?

The Poorbot exchanger works with the help of Stake’s tip feature that is available at Stake’s chat. All you have to do is to type /tip Poorbot and press enter and you’ll get to a page where you can send the amount of a crypto-currency as tip to Poorbot and once the tip is sent, you’ll have to visit Poorbot.io and put your Stake’s username in the box, and select the crypto-currency and its amount that you sent as a tip to Poorbot, and then select the crypto-currency that you want to receive, and finally you’ll just click the exchange button. You’ll get your funds in the selected crypto-currency within seconds. Let’s say if you sent a tip to Poorbot as BTC and you want to receive funds as TRX then you’ll have to select BTC in “from currency box” and TRX in “to currency box” and then put your Stake’s username in the box for username and the amount in the box for amount sent, and when done click on exchange button, within seconds you’ll receive your converted funds in your Stake’s account.

I have tested the platform thoroughly by doing many conversions and to my excitement the platform worked very well. In some conversions I have faced some minor issues but there wasn’t any serious issue at all. I’m going to be sharing my feedback of the tests below.

First Conversion Test

I have started my first conversion by sending a tip of 7 TRX to the Poorbot from the chat function of the Stake, the amount was sent within seconds and then I visited Poorbot web-page which was already opened on another browser tab, I entered information about my username, selected the currency that I sent to Poorbot, I have also selected the desired currency for conversion and entered the amount that I sent to Poorbot as a tip and finally I clicked on the exchange button. The exchange went well and I got the converted funds instantly into my Stake’s account. For this first conversion test I sent tip as TRX and converted it into LTC with the help of the Poorbot, and this whole thing took me less than a minute. This conversion went well without any issues or errors.

Second Conversion Test

Once my first conversion was completed successfully, I decided to test the platform again by doing my second conversion.  In second conversion I decided to convert some LTC into TRX and I have sent a tip of 0.009 LTC that was around $0.64 at the time of conversion but intentionally I entered a wrong amount on Poorbot's fields to see if it recognizes the wrong amount in the box and convert it or not, the Poorbot exchanger refused the transaction with a message that “tip not found” I then entered the correct amount which was 0.0009 LTC that I sent as a tip to the bot and it was converted instantly. I found that the bot will recognize the fixed amount that you sent and if you change even a single decimal or integer of the amount then you won’t get it converted. It’s always better to copy the amount that you have sent and paste it into the Poorbot’s amount sent box to avoid such errors.

Third Conversion Test

Since I already made my mind to test all the accepted crypto-currencies of the platform and that’s why I initiated my third test with a new conversion. For this conversion I pre-entered 10 TRX value in the amount sent box and I have pre-entered my Stake’s username and other details in those fields. In this test I aimed to convert 10 TRX to XRP and all of those were pre-selected and pre-entered on the Poorbot’s platform before sending the tip from my Stake’s account. I went to my Stake’s account and sent the tip quickly and then I went to Poorbot.io where the values were already entered and the receiving currency was already selected, then quickly I clicked on the exchange button. I got an error message “Oops… tip not found”, I clicked on ok button of that message and clicked on the exchange button once again but the same error message appeared once again. Then I visited my Stake’s account to see why I faced the error and after that I went once again to Poorbot’s site to continue the exchange and this time instead of selecting XRP I selected BNB, and the same error occurred, I again clicked on the ok button and then clicked on the exchange button once more to see what will happen. This time the conversion was accepted and completed by the Poorbot.

Fourth Conversion Test

I started my fourth conversion when the third conversion was completed but this time I didn’t pre-entered the amount value but my username was pre-entered in this test and in all of the previous tests. I sent a tip of 0.00326493 to Poorbot via my Stake’s account and went to Poorbot.io to receive BTC as the converted currency. I did it quickly once again by entering the value and clicking on exchange button, but again I received the same error. I clicked on ok button and then clicked on exchange button again and this time the exchange was completed without any errors. I noticed for the first time that the bot requires a few seconds to understand a transaction and convert it to the desired crypto-currency.

Fifth Conversion Test

This time I wanted to convert BTC to another accepted crypto-currency but I haven’t pre-selected the desired crypto-currency yet.  For this conversion I have sent 0.000002411 BTC as a tip to Poorbot via my Stake’s account and then went to Poorbot’s web-page and selected BTC in “from currency” and ETH in “to currency” and entered the amount in the field that I sent as a tip to Poorbot and clicked on exchange button. The exchange was completed instantly without any errors. Although, I have also done this exchange quickly but the Poorbot didn’t gave any errors this time.

Rest of the Conversion Tests

I continued my conversion tests to check all of the remaining crypto-currencies in the list and to my excitement all of the tests went flawlessly. After BTC to ETH conversion, I converted ETH to USDT, and USDT to DOGE, DOGE to TRX, and TRX to LTC once again and during all those conversions I have faced no issues at all. Although, in one of those conversions I have faced the error once again and I found that when we try to complete the conversion within 10 seconds then we may face that error and that’s why it’s best to wait for some time before clicking on the exchange button.

Conclusion

After all of my conversion tests I can surely say that Poorbot works like wonders for the ones who want to convert their Stake’s funds from one crypto-currency to another one. The Poorbot is the best solution for all such users and trust me you would love the conversion capabilities of this bot as a Stake user.

It's good if Poorbot do it in the future. I checked in the gambling section that there was a list of casinos[1] that had exchanges integrated into the platform. Poorbot can use this reference to expand its business to several platforms that are not available exchangers but are quite well known on this forum.

1. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-gambling-sites-with-internal-exchange-5282289
Poorbot team can send a request to author of that topic, AmoreJaz, to list Poorbot in the list.

If the user agrees to do this, Poorbot will be exposed to more gamblers who know and regularly visit that thread and guests of that thread in future too.

You made an excellent recommendation to Poorbot team for considering of expansion to other platforms but first, the team must have their accounts on those platforms, and must do research or even ask for support opinions on those platforms, before deploying their tipping service there.
I sent a message and hopefully it can be added in the next day or 2. Any exposure is good exposure IMO.

So, I personally would also love to see this service extended to other casinos as well, but like we all know, the service is just starting here and with Stake, the kind of success they record or achieve while providing for Stake users might be the determinant to whether they will extent same service to other casinos in the near future.

I cannot see why they would have a problem with your bot, if they allow Dinabot to operate via their site. Dinabot is also not affiliated with them, so they take no responsibility for that service.

I can assure you, if something goes wrong... Stake support staff will block that account and the tipping to that account. Good luck with your project, I will give it a try.  Grin

Also, there is not any trend of having the gambling companies review campaigns as we have for the mixers.
Wrong. You clearly didn't check the gambling board thoroughly since gambling sites regularly conduct review campaigns similar to mixer related review campaigns in order to try and attract forum members.

Also, as op mentioned above, poorbot is an instant tip based exchanger for stake and not a gambling site.

The idea seems nice and as a Stake user myself, It could be useful to me as well. However, what if Stake out of the blue close your account(could be any reason like KYC, collusion, inactive with regards to betting on stake)? what happens then? is there a failsafe just in case?

Thanks for your interest, as stated previously, they are aware of the bot and what it does. In the absolute worst case though, since bot doesn't keep user funds for a long time, users wouldn't be affected (even if they did, they would be compensated by me), and bot would probably be shut down.

Did someone have used them already? I think that I'll have my time to try it out within the next few days. Is this an instant thing that I'll receive back the tip after sending the tip to you poorbot?
I used it earlier, and it's almost instant. After I sent the tip to poorbot, it took 5-10 seconds before the site recognized my tip, and once it went through, I quickly received my freshly converted coins through poorbot's tip.

It's great that no account is needed and your coins will be tipped back if you fail to exchange them.
Nice, thank you for sharing your experience mate. That is good to hear that it is just going to take a few seconds and it is an instant thing that will be sent back with the tip. After I receive my payment, maybe I will take a few bucks to try it for experiencing as well.

It was because when I have withdrawn, I am  not just so sure if the fee of the network have deducted it to my withdrawn amount since the network fees have been so crazy these times. So if the fees of the tipping swap won'y cost a lot, this is a good help for everyone that is looking to save fees for withdrawal or just simply want to gamble with other cryptos with their stake accounts.

Regarding review campaign, we're currently awaiting for a few members to complete their reviews. I'm guessing they will post it here when done!

Great job @poorbot ... I thought you haven't run a review campaign yet, but doing it private is still okay. I hope those users that would post their review on the site here are those reputable ones in the forum, or at least those with higher rank.

Can you explain a bit as to why this new gambling platform poorbit.io would be new one for only the stake users and not the other sites' gamblers  Huh
Don't know what you wanted to say here ?

Hi, tipping feature on Stake currently is not subject to any KYC procedures as far as I know. Deposits and withdrawals could be though, when deemed necessary by Stake.
That's right, it's not subject to KYC but what's subjected to it is when you're going to deposit and that's being asked on me. I think that poorbot has got a lot of balance on his account and it's actually a good situation that he's doing this service for those that wants to have a swap inside the platform itself. Soon, I guess that you'll have other services as well to the other casinos. Do you mind to tell what are the other casinos do you have on your plans in adding poorbot? Or do you have plans already or no this 2024?

Now we know that it does not violate any rules although there is no accurate guarantee of its future, but is the process of @poorbot's tip that users have to go through KYC? How about users who don't go through the KYC process will it be okay?
So far I in the stake account have never done any KYC until now, suppose if you want to use this fitu must KYC first?

Because this is indeed a very low fee rate than other bots that apply larger that I know, of course your fee rate offer will be more admired because it is too low.

Hey @poorbot, I believe this platform you have is quite new to the most of the gamblers here, especially those who are using stake.com for their gambling needs which is the only target market.

And I noticed that you are already running a signature campaign. I just want to ask, aren't you planning to run a "review campaign"? I believe this way it will be easier for the potential users to understand how beneficial it is using the platform based on actual users experience.
This is a good idea. The team should allocate some funds towards a review campaign geared towards quality members of the forum in order to attract gamblers after completing their signature campaign.

Do they really need a review campaign when the signature campaign is also in progress ? They can convince the signature participants to share their experiences at poorbot in this ANN thread and that can serve as a review too. Also, there is not any trend of having the gambling companies review campaigns as we have for the mixers.

I doubt KYC is mandatory for the usage of this particular bot though I could be wrong. Op probably meant that KYC would be required by Stake for big amounts only.

Hi, thanks for your concerns, but it doesn't break the rules. This works by tipping feature, in order for an user to have a usable balance on Stake, they must complete their KYC process anyways, and exchanges are sent back to the same user, so there's no concern about that.
Regarding the Fair Use part, I've already been in contact with relevant people from Stake and they are aware of the bot already. Of course they cannot vouch for it, or "approve" it officially, for obvious reasons. As long as the bot works as expected, they have said there should be no issues. The relevant processes has been completed on the bot account also.

You made Poortbot on your own without affiliation or Stake approval, so is there any chance that Stakes notice tips transactions like this increasing and ban them?
I dont see anything wrong with what you are doing, but they can think this are cases of abuse and multiple accounts.
