Price is growing again today and so is the number of active miners in the mobile app.
Very cool, Electroneum has a official song from now on. It is called "Electroneum Anthem” and was created by Nave Savage. You can find the song at https://soundcloud.com/navesavage/electroneum-anthem I hope a lot of more things will come up from this great community.
I also think this is very great from this guy, to make a song about Electroneum. Maybe we can reach some new users with this song. But i think Electroneum will grow, because the community is very big and strong.

Is this coin ever going to get listed on a major exchange? Is the team considering something in that direction or you have simply let go of that idea?

Agreed with you they have focus on current system to implement instant payment but exchange support is not so bad. I also think in future we will demand will increase and more exchange will add this coin.
yeah i also believe that both work hand in hand, while focusing on the development and infrastructure part of the project at the same time can work on getting listed on one major exchange too won't hurt anyone, this way more adoption and more volume, there is nothing wrong in including more exchange if they can

Usually when a coin hits a big exchange it may have just a short lived pump but then the enthusiasm runs out very quickly and people start losing interest.
The staking option of Electroneum for all smartphone users with their wallet application is a very amazing and unique way for all beginners to ear a few coins in a easy mining way. This is so fantastic.

Exchanges have their own policies and rules with KYC and tokens have zero impact on them, whether they have internal kyc implementation or not. Electroneum is entering in micro payments filed with instant transfers in order to meet the requirements of businesses they are doing every necessary step to make sure of everything working flawlessly. This introduction kyc should be watched in regards to micro payments than listing on more exchanges.

The recent price jump up was possible partly because of the blocking of coins in the web wallets of users who now have to go through KYC to access their funds.
But do you think that would cause such a massive price surge? It was quite an extreme jump.
Yes but we aren't talking about a dump, but about a price jump. Wouldn't it be more logical that there is a dump if funds get released after a long period of time?

I think now with the KYC implementation that is more likely since most major exchanges may have this requirement.
What do you exactly mean? I don't understand the connection between KYC for exchanges and getting listed on a bigger one? Cuz for the past couple of months I saw many other coins, which have a lot less reputation or whatever you call it get listed on Bitttrex and Binance

Nothing, correct.
This has absolutely nothing to do with an exchange listing. Maybe it's a way safer for shops and so on. But on the other hand, you can still buy electroneum on exchanges without kyc and you don't need a verification if you use the cli wallet :S
Exactly that is that KYC implementation is not to make it list on big exchanges if you look over the recent updates they want to make it online payment processor like Paypal. That's why they are forcing holders to pass the KYC process if they have plan to keep for long term.
I'm totally against KYC but some big exchanges might like this as most of them have also a KYC policy for the dev team of a coin that wants to be listed.

There is no premine is this project you should read the whitepaper or join the telegram to get more information about this concept. They offered to sell in ICO long time and rest the amount kept for mining purpose.

There is also a paper wallet and it is great.
if you don't have private keys and seed for wallet, you don't really own the coins.
Exactly, so the only option to safely store ETN is the CLI wallet at the moment. However, the ETN team have promised a GUI desktop wallet if they raise at least $10M during the ICO. But they have also put this promise in the white-paper and we all know how that ended:

I hope you are wrong... After all this is crypto space, and many people will never use centralized app to keep their coins, including me. I adhere to the principle that if you don't have private keys and seed for wallet, you don't really own the coins.
