Some amount values are not working for me.

Very stable but not reward for finding a block
i think you are rewarded with the value, then the block of 1929 exo will be divided. (the block will have a fixed value)
lower the value (less time to find the block) larger the share

1. start coin.exe
2. create an exo address in the client
3. start exominer.exe
I don't see anything that would indicate the mining is going on successfully.

The exominer.exe has a command line shell, enter "?" and you get:
Every new instance of exominer.exe connects to the first instance, but doesn't seem to start mining. Only the first instance is mining and showing up in the mining tab of the client. I think the idea is, that you start as much miners as you have cpu cores, but maybe this part isn't finished yet.

Got the EXO from smaragda and CryptKeeper (111 and 9999). Nice. Mining isn't working for me.

You should publish all API calls a few weeks before the launch, so that we can contact the exchanges and people can start their own projects.
Also, the error from above comes far to often for me. I can't test it correctly.
