Power Or Money ?


I choose money. Then I can buy a generator for when the power goes out.

Both seem to have a good choice but IMHO, I'll take the money and let the powers go to someone else. I'm not into responsibilities so that I can enjoy my life and the money that I have. So, that's why I am taking the money and I am avoiding responsibilities that are part and involve for being powerful. I guess that's a good choice for me when all I want to do is to enjoy the money that I have and buy everything that I want to own and travel for as much as I can. Well, money is the true enjoyable matter for these two options based on what I think of. Because I can be lowkey rich without powertripping people.

There are cases where money doesn't equate power.  Example an illetrate business guru who only understands the law governing buying and selling but is limited to positions in the society due to lack of educational background. Another example is a scenario of an introverted rich person who just loves hiding in the nest without bothering about what goes on around them.

Money is power I won't dispute that but that isn't the case in all instances. Just like people with money might not have the qualifications and qualities for power the same goes for people with power. There are instances of people who are key players in the society but are limited to public assets because this is the only way power can guarantee money and they end up not having the money equivalent of the power the possess

Power is indeed power, but for someone like me, who prefers to avoid the attention of the crowd, I'd choose money and a quiet life. I don't crave fame or the spotlight; I just want to be rich and comfortable.

Power often comes from holding something valuable. In movies, someone controlling a nuclear bomb holds power. In our time, governments hold power because they can enforce laws, impose lockdowns, or declare states of emergency.

For those who love power, being in charge, and controlling situations, they often pursue means of gaining power, like seeking government positions. If having money is necessary to gain power, they'll recklessly pursue it.

However, for someone like me, who values comfort and simplicity, I'll take money and remain calm. While having money can increase one's chances of gaining power, I don't want the extra stress or trouble that comes with fame or power. I'm content with being comfortable and secure with my money.

And I need more than that.

Money ,I choose money because seems to be all things that human want with money you can do everything,so power without money is just useless
I need the money to function in every aspect of human life money is good in all area of endeavorment

Both stand for similar representatives, because money is power and power is money. How? With your money you can buy any form of power you desire.(is it political, spiritual, physical power etc). While power in other hand is money, you see a broke man been appointed to any powerful position suddenly become rich. It both work on the same direction

By choosing power, you lose knowledge, so you need to choose knowledge first, and then power. Theory is the basis.

Don't forget that people that have power are still struggling to succeed in some societies today because those that have money are the ones people in the society want to control them, and they know that they can provide anything they want for them to live a good life in the society. Do you know that people that have power are under the people that have money in some societies today, in your society just take a good look at your president and the people that are guiding him or her in the country, you will discover that he use money to influence people that has power to become the president of the country because there is no powerful man or woman on earth that doesn't like money.

If you have the both is very good, but if they ask you to choose one among the two, I will advise you to choose money because it will help you to rule and reign well in the society.

According to me, a man needs both energy and money in his life.  Nowadays nothing can be done without money, whoever has money is more independent and will give you more priority.  But as we gain power and strength through money, without power it is not possible to earn money.  But choosing any one depends on one's personal values.

You're right, knowledge is power, it will also bring in the direction of money source to you if you have the knowledge of how to, and if you have gotten the money, then the next thing to seek after is the influence, because with power and money, you can make influence on peoples life and they will yield to whatever impact you're giving, we needed them all to make life impact on others and also achieve our own dream.

I must choose money because money can provide me security, opportunity and freedom in many ways. Money can open doors to better education, health care, travel and experiences. With money I can support myself and loved ones, as well as create a comfortable living arrangement. Ultimately, having money can give you the power to shape your own destiny and live the life you want.

Knowledge is Power
I choose power.

There is a common saying in the society, "money can buy everything". To understand the essence of this saying, we have to observe the present society and history.

If you look into history, you will see that since ancient times, people have claimed to be gods because of money. Many of us may have heard the story of Pharaoh, he was the ruler of half the world. He claimed to be god only because of money and power and we see the end result even today.

If we talk about the events of the Middle Ages, dowries, zamindars and the torture of kings and emperors are not to be mentioned. Medieval people used to take dowry in the name of marriage to expand their power and with that dowry money they tried to expand their power. The kings-maharajas used to collect taxes from their subjects unjustly due to the greed of money and power. Anyone who refused to pay the rent was tortured and even executed.The zamindars used to take excessive profits on the unjust occupation of land and loans to expand their power. If someone was unable to pay, he would have to face torture.

Nowadays we do not face oppression like pharaohs, zamindars, king-maharaj and dowry like in the past but nowadays oppression by the wealthy is a normal picture. From ancient times to Burman times, people have been forced to bow to money. Money is the power to which 80%-90% of society today bows.

So we can understand from ancient times, middle ages and present time, money is the greatest power in the world with which no other power can win. It is possible for people to bring the whole world under their control because of money.

Power and money, their two is like two identical twins but little different still occur in their means.
Money is the supreme over power, there is a limit power can operate which money can't be of such limit, money can purchase power and there some power that dies have money that bow to money example some community Chief is operating under the power of leadership of the community but pay loyalty to the financially influence men of the society without such power of leadership.

Simple senairo is the current president of our nation who they alledge of using dollar to acquire power even when the change and put many band and money policy still use dollar to get the power the limit to which power can operate money goes beyond that limit, those the two elements most time seem inseparable it required sense details to actually differentiate between their two.

Both power and money can both provide significant influence. But I’d go with power. Not in the sense of dominance or having control over others, but in the ability to make a positive impact and contribute for the good of others and society as a whole. I know money can help push some of such goals, but genuine power is more than bare wealth. IMHO.

Money I choose but meanly looking at it the two are likely to be same , because power is money but money they say answerth all things ,so in this world today without money your physical power is useless,that is why I choose money, someone who has physical straight can't send me message when am rich ,but I will send him message because I have the money,so in this place I choose money, money is the best thing that can happen to you not strength as in power,,with your power someone who has money can use you ,in all means because that your physical straight can't show at that time ,so all we need is money, money rules the world today without money you are nobody

You may be right but money is not every thing as there are times when your money becomes useless and it will only take someone in power to come to your rescue, for instance the world richest man can he influence the decision of a government? Hell no. I am not going against the fact that money commands respect and power but it is very limited when checking it from the perspective of someone that have a sovereign power just like a chief Judge who is not corrupt, you can agree with me that no amount of money can make a good judge compromise a verdict no matter how much you offer for help

Let me first of all lay some emphasis between both, the power of money is as a tool to afford you whatever you're in need of which money can buy, money is actually seemed to buy anything in both powers of authorities and materials except life after death.
Power without money can also be of authorities and influential dominance in a society.

So likely, considering which of it you wants depends on the situations of the society.
There's an adage that says "he who has people around is worth than he who has just money".
I think there's a power in that because if you can resist the temptations towards the attractive power of money, then you can actually overcome that influential power of my money.

So back to the situation of a society, since the societies has lost their free and fair lawfulness, either both do have their potentials in the society but truth be told, Power is more authenticated in the society because you can always get what you wanted forcefully with the intense of powerful exercise, money can only be a strategic on how you can invade by buying the interests of others to your own will. Wr must just understand that the basic of enforcing into power with money can be rejected or some may even squander and accepts the money but still would not abide to your will. So only when the society is at the will to accept the money and get submitted to your monetary influence is only when the money can be powerful but the power of authority would always get it after chaining the society with an authoritative power of influence.

give me money and I will buy power with it and if you also make me Powerful, I will bring all the money to my end. Thier is no two ways about it, Money is as valuable as power. Wait until someone that's connected and powerful  makes a decision that puts you in a situation where your money isn't useful to you and then you will understand the importance of power. But each of them can't work well independent of another. For your money to be really valuable in the society, you must be connected to the right power and for you to be a really powerful person, you must be on funds.
