What ever controls the society is power. Money, technology, science, knowledge, exposure, politics even religion just anything that can put people under a set of control and submission. Money is superior over all because it can afford all. Not because it actually can but because the society made it so with it's high level of greed and demands.
If I could choose, I would choose money. I could certainly get money through power, but it would be difficult to get rid of power.
It is not particularly important to me to be able to exert influence on other people or world events. I want my family, my friends and I to live a good life in peace. Money could already lead to some improvements, I think.

I prefer having plenty of money to having power because power attracts opposition,and without money,power cannot be used effectively.Power commands respect,but money commands maximum respect.A man is by nature supposed to control a woman(power) but he can cannot control a woman effectively if he does not have money.It is money that brings regard,so if there is power and their is no money,their will still be disregard..

Am still thinking what do I really need power for? Can one survive in this present economy with only power? To me I don't see power to be important in this present economy. What is important is money to survive, to enjoy life. Money comes first to me before power, you can have power in life and not still be happy.
Money is one form of power. But, what's more important/ powerful is Financial education. Money comes and goes, bit if you have the education about how money works, you'll gain power over it and can begin building wealth.

I think I will choose money over power anytime depending on the type of power, as long as the money is coming to me in an ethical and legal way, money will make my needs meet, power won't. Also, there are so many various types of powers, I guess if you mean political power, what I think is most people are scared of politicians and I would hate it if someone gets scared of me because of me getting power through politics

This two options work collabrately to function together, no body that will not like to choose money for power, but the basic thing about power is that it doesn't work without money immunity because without money immunity the power exercise will be useless. And Money is necessary and it's the controller of everything. I will choose power over money because power will do what money can not do. This is the reason why despite being very rich, you will still have those who are very wealthy struggling to get hold of power. Someone like Elon Musk will still not look fulfilled until he becomes the president of America. Offer him that on a platter of gold and you will see how quickly he will rush to take it. With power, you can crumble a man with money. Am talking about political power here.
In which ever way you wish to narrow it to. MONEY itself is power influenced and power itself is not always money associated unlike money to power.
You can be a traditional ruler with traditional ruling power but poor, but I haven't seen any wealthy man without power, it may not be political but economical power to command the will of those poor around him.

With the power of an IQ of 10,000 or thereabouts, you would have enough power to know how to manipulate people and things. So, you could have all the money you could manipulate people into giving to you... if you wanted it. But you wouldn't need it because you could figure out how to have anything you wanted without money.
Since the IQs of other people are so low, you could outdo them in everything with your power. So, what would money get you?... since their best that you could buy from them is already yours through your thinking manipulation.
I would want power, since money is extremely weak. But more than that, I would want righteousness, because that is the only way to real power... to be right in everything.

Power is not every thing one can ever have I disagree to that, money comes before power so you need money before power.You can be powerful and not be respected because everyone around you knows your lacking money but when your finacially stable you command and everyone will obey your order moreover you can buy power with money but you can not buy money with power.

Which one to choose? Well, I'll choose money over power because with money I can feed my family well, buy them good house and cars, and send my children to good schools. I don't think I can do any of those with power alone, unless at gun point.
Money is a crutch. Sure, it can give you lots of power to "feed my family well, buy them good house and cars, and send my children to good schools." But think of how much power you would have if you were able to do all that without money. So, power is greater than money, and maybe way greater.

I agree with you because without money you can never be powerful, no body will obey or listen to somebody who is poor or broke, money answers all things and with money you can influence and compel people to tdance to your tune. You need money to survive and you get connected when you have money and with connection you get power so I thing money comes before power, a man without money always thinks evil but a man with money have peace knowing that he is not answerable to any body, money rules the world but the love of money is the beginning of all evil.
