I agree, tried all I can - and I can't make it work / don't have enough spare time to read all the threads and compile all different build systems to compile working wallet.

But I disagree for one-time job, we'll need experienced dev to be with us at least till the end of new coin distribution, we need his help to properly set up nodes and faucet, so if can do all that and be with us until the end of distribution - I'm ready to pay 1 btc for that via redsn0w escrow.
