Last year saw many people predict BTC year-end prices, but nothing was validated with time. it is very difficult for BTC to reach predictable prices. Future price predictions fail to consider many factors and problems that may occur over time. Maybe, we can only estimate the value of assets for the next few days like weather experts.
Prediction is like a false hope recall in 2017 when btc attained an ATM of $20K there were a lot of predictions and speculations flying around  that the price of bitcoin will reach $50K however all became null and void because prices of Cryptos dumped and a lot of investors were disappointed.
until the end of 2017, many investors are tempted to invest, so that in various ways to be able to invest, to become indebted to the bank. and after that throughout 2018, a downward trend occurred, so that they were consumed by unclear predictions. of course they were very disappointed, to the point of despair and panic selling

You know the truth, and you know the reality what was going on in the market. We don't have to always believe of the prediction as it's hard to prove. We can draw as much line as we can, but it always depends on what will happen in the market and depends on what trader do with the price. But sometimes, some event can lift the price to the higher price because people think that it will bring something different than before so many traders will make a buy order or sell order depends on the situation.

This is why I have always suggested people to use stuff like "I think.." or "I guess" and what not before they make any predictions, not only it leaves you out of the burden if someone listen to you but it also drops the rate of people who read that and react accordingly.

Someone with influence over bitcoin followers can go up and say "I am not really sure but I assume it might be going up" or say "Price is definitely going up, no way its not", and one would create some hype but with a care and create just "hope" while the other one is aggressive and would create this urgency in people to buy right away before it goes up. This is not just for people with huge influence of course, it works on everyone but on different scales. That's why always try to be cautious about what you say.

Bitcoins are really unpredictable as bitcoins are highly volatile and many early investors have predicted that the price of bitcoins will cross $ 50000 USD by year ending but still the price is around $ 3700 USD, there will be a huge leap in the bitcoin market, and all the investors are waiting for the market to recover and then bitcoins will be considered as the number one asset, as the prices hit the highest point.

Its better to trust your own instincts and research, most predictions and analysis are false better not to rely your investment tactics to anyone. I stop viewing analysis videos due to most of them are just garbage and clickbait instead I’m more focus on developments in crypto space that will trigger natural growth.

Even we can't predict that for next few days, since it is highly volatile. The predictions are done by the single people so its just their opinion but the price of bitoin depends by the whole crypto community so everyone's mindset is the reason how the market moves maybe the predictions are just the promise to keep ourselves invested on cryptos.

Nobody knows what happens in the future, and we can only make predictions and speculate for a profit, and crypto is therefore a big risk and if you take the wrong choice then you get a loss.

Not sometimes, most of the time those who are giving predictions only wants to make an exit so after they've gave their assessment they eventually the first one who will sell it out after the fomo's and make a good value of their holdings.

What I have understood this year, is that no prediction can be proofed valid. These people who were making predictions about the price of BTC, they just wanted to give hype and make people buy in order for them to make bigger profits. Or the opposite, to short the market. There is evidence in charts and historical data can give an insight about which direction the market is going to follow but it is just speculation. You can't rely on that 100%.

The literal meaning of prediction is forecast and forecast is never a promise. So whenever someone predicts something, it should not be taken as a promise. That is not restricted to just price prediction but to anything. It is impossible to correctly predict price of an asset for a future time and if you see someone doing that, should not be taken seriously!

If someone says "Bitcoin's price will reach 9k by the end of 2019" it should be literally read as "I think bitcoin's price may reach 9k by the end of 2019". That's it, close and forget!

Its not about ''Like''. The real thing is that ''It is''. Every prediction is  by default an expression of opinion that does not hold any water. Anyone who relies on such to make investment decision is largely due so at his own risk. The year 2018 has done justice to that by nullifying every form of predictions that a lot of people have made whether on the forum, in new media or various website. As we start the new year, I believe everyone would start working based on reality and not some man sit behind Twitter to tell the future of crypto prices. Or else, same thing that happen last year is bound to repeat itself.

While making a prediction something will not always going on your mind that is the value will definitely go to hike but we don't know what is going to happen next that's why this topic will going on like that but what can we do it is the only way we had to trust our self without investment

The reference for each predictions should be based on particular analysis but to makes the correct predictions it's near to impossible and i personally do not to believe 100% predictions because possibly people will provide not valid informations but almost every bitcoin traders know it and don't take it to serious if there are people who predict upcoming price because they aren't necessarily true

I guess it is a painful lesson learned by many investors when they choose to believe the bitcoin price prediction made by other trading experts, most trading experts have made the prediction that the values of bitcoin will rise during the month of November and December in the year of 2018, but surprisingly, it turns out to be the worst two months for bitcoin as the price of bitcoin drops to another low record in the year of 2018, so I believe traders should put more effort to research the crypto-currencies trading market trend by themselves instead of relying on other people analysis.

Not "sometimes".Predictions are always a false promise.I wouldn't say that they are even a promise. They are just a way to manipulate the newbies.People, who think that predictions are a promise and they follow those predictions and create their trading strategy based on those predictions must be really stupid.

Prediction or speculation is like guessing, but its better because the professional speculators usually speculate with data and history chart, but it can't be correct 100%, so don't hopes too high when somebody predict the bull run and don't get caught in the fud when people predict the bear market, need to be wise to see someone's prediction, this is crypto market the volatility is very high, so it is very hard to predict the outcome

At least with weather experts they are using scientific technologies that really monitor and forecast the probable weather changes in the next hours. With crypto forecast, there is no certainty whatsoever. If a weatherman fails despite all the available technologies in use, it is because the weather may occasionally get out of their usual patterns. But if a crypto price analyst fails, it is because the prices of cryptocurrencies are basically unpredictable in the first place.

Having prediction on crypto currencies is not that accurate because it changes everytime on market's flow and also it is accompanied with volatility factors that mainly triggered it all resulting to false promises who made the predictions. Many renowned in crypto business often make predictions and it doesn't mean that it really gonna happen anytime soon, they just based on market allocations and graphs.

Prediction can be accurate if it has enough data. What we see last year is simply speculation. I don't know how they make those predictions, but it's clear that they don't have enough data to do so. Sometimes short-term prediction can be wrong too, so there is also no guarantee that we can predict how the price will turn in the next few days.

This is how the market works, if you're too emotional you'll get crushed. Don't put your believe on those people who predict Bitcoin price movement with fancy graphs you can find on the internet. Instead, you can use it as a reference of how people thought about the market and then plan your strategy accordingly.
