there are many who know if predictions are wrong and cannot be verified but there are still many people who predict cryptocurrency prices, while cryptocurrency price movements will occur if there are people who buy, while if only predict without interaction to buy coins then the price of coins will not be able to move according to your predictions.

Last year saw many people predict BTC year-end prices, but nothing was validated with time. it is very difficult for BTC to reach predictable prices. Future price predictions fail to consider many factors and problems that may occur over time. Maybe, we can only estimate the value of assets for the next few days like weather experts.

Oh god, they are not prophets that you need to believe them. You should never base on their predictions and only trust your own analysis. Prediction are also made because of two reasons; first is to scare you so you sell and two is to hype it so you'll buy much more.

There are only predictions that are becoming true because of luck. I do not believe to the predictions that I keep seeing all over the internet because those predictions  are not reliable for us to use it.
but in my opinion with predictions we have directions for trading or investment. without predictions, I guess like gambling, and I rarely do that. many expect to see the market according to their own volition, without seeing what will happen on the market. and finally they force themselves and wrong predictions

Yes, prediction is a direction for us when to start invest or trade. We need a guidelines in this market to enhance our confident.

It is indeed that's why it is called prediction because no one really knows what will happen in the current market or in the future. It's best if we will prevent listening to those prediction especially if we are an investor because it is our own money and it's our sole duty and responsibility to decide on what to do with our investment.

I do not believe in predictions at all and such, I prefer to do my own analysis, because the crypto market is really unpredictable by anyone.
Ni body can tell you when the market will be high and when it will get down  but don’t sell or by just with other peoples advice as no one can actually tell you about up coming pumps and dumps. Just look into the market and make your own analysis. This is your own responsibility to keep your eyes on market growth and invest on right time.
Right.Nobody will be able to make right predictions in the   future because all we have now are purely guesses. So we should know how to monitor the market closely and analyze what will be its next price movement.Even if we tend to ask for other's opinions  like when is the best time to invest,i think the final decision would still come from our own decision and analysis.

I do not quite agree. Predictions are different. If the forecast is based on faith, then you definitely should not make your plans based on this forecast. If the forecast is obtained by investigative links, then it makes sense to follow such a forecast. For example, there is a forecast that Bitcoin should grow in price this year. This is explained by the fact that prices have stages. All last year there was a stage of falling prices, now a stage of stabilization at the lowest point of this movement. After this comes the stage of price increase. Personally, I adhere to this theory, because it always works in practice.
I don`t agree at all! Prediction is a prediction, false promise is something else. Prediction can be based on facts, in prediction you can consider all possible risks but in the end you can see different results, nobody can predict the future. False promise is promise that is made with no intention of carrying it out and especially with intent to deceive.
Predictions about cryptocurrencies are not false promises, people just expect a lot and we believe in our optimistic predictions. Normal people dont give false promises, scammers do!

And i believe the thread title has some substance.
The prediction by high profile people is like a promise because we think
their prediction holds a lot of weight and therefore is almost a dead cert,
like a promise!

Being without any idea with low investment is not more than the prediction if we predict something if some time it will gross right then you will be there profitable person so be predictable is also very important.

Indeed the prediction is a kind of wrong and inaccurate opinion, so if we believe in a prediction it can be said if we get lost. It's better to look at the market and learn it so that it doesn't rely on a prediction. Allowing many people to predict but we can draw conclusions according to the research that we do so as not to get caught up in it.

Yes, it happens a lot several times when predictions had become a false hope for the many. Even I was becoming hopeful too from their predictions and relied too much on what they have said until I realized that I have been losing a lot. So I decided to investigate and do research in my own. Though not accurate but at least I was not too overconfident hoping for some kind of a promise. Everything in the market is really unpredictable, so we must always be prepared so as not to lose our investments.

So we don't have listen to any prediction in out there and it's better to make our prediction by searching any news from many resources. You can try to draw a chart for the market and predicted where the price support and resistance so you can decide to buy, sell, or even hold for a while. But don't forget to always check the market before you do something so you will not regret later.

We don't have to rely on people's prediction. Last year, they predicted that bitcoin price will reach up to $50k. But, what happen was instead of pumping, it keeps on dropping its price and until now, there's no sign of recovery. We have to do some research about the market. Being updated into the market will give us hint if it will increase in the next few days. But of course, no one really knows exactly the flow of market.

That's right, and we need to make our own analysis base on what we see in the market. Maybe we can use people's prediction to determine our analysis so we can find the best time or the best price to buy or to sell. I see it will help us to gain more profit if the market is moving up and down and if necessary, we can hold it for a while because we are expecting to make a bigger profit.

I do not rely to the predictions that I saw in the internet. Even professional traders are commiting mistakes on predicting the price. Not all of predictions are always happening so it is better if we will rely on our own knowledge because it is a better decision.

You are right, the forecasts do not need to be trusted, especially when it comes to the market of crypto-currencies. In the short term, the price can be guessed, but not with 100% accuracy. Therefore, I decided for myself not to trust the various experts and make decisions on my own.

I agree with you, that we should not trust anyone regarding on prediction because crypto market are changing always depending on the market demand on which can possibly give us a profit or a loss if we don't have enough knowledge and strategies in crypto market.
Trust on yourself, that's the only thing you do if you want to survive.
We are in the free market and we have the freedom to say whatever we want and some people are so vocal with their prediction but that
prediction is just based on their opinion. Although they analyze that well before they come up of it, but it does not guarantee anyone that it will happen.

One of the reason why a lot of people failed investing in crypto is because they don't trust themselves, they rely too much on experts opinion.
Yeah from that, we know why are there a lot of speculations and predictions that are spinning a lot in the community, because they're all free to argue. you're right you have to believe in yourself, don't let believe in the predictions of others people who might be wrong
by believing in ourselves, we will become close to perfect humans, because every mistake we will improve with self-awareness, so that we will become experienced traders later
