About Bruno Fernandes rumours, I can only say he isn't leaving as long as Manchester United wants him to stay. This is his own words, he is only intending to leave in case of this situation changes.

Honestly he had better stay. Because he is everything for Manchester United. His stats from last season were like this:

Source: https://www.transfermarkt.com/bruno-fernandes/leistungsdaten/spieler/240306/plus/0?saison=2023

Quite impressive stats to me. In addition to that he is still great at key passes. No wonder why he is the captain.  Smiley  I hope they don't make a silly mistake like selling him to another team this summer.
Bruno Fernandes, who is currently starting to be linked with PSG, has given Manchester United an ultimatum regarding his future, "he said :  he wanted to stay if Manchester United still wanted him, but he would also leave if Manchester United no longer needed him."
In this case, it is clear that Bruno Fernandes future will really depend on the decisions that Manchester United will make at this time, Manchester United which is starting to build a squad, certainly needs very large amounts of money to support their movements in the transfer market, but on the other hand It seems that the offer coming from PSG will be very difficult for Manchester United current management to refuse, so I think their should be able to make wise decisions regarding Bruno Fernandes future because after all he is one of the players who has consistency and also makes a big contribution every season, but the offer fantastic from PSG usually never comes twice so far.

Bruno Fernandes is one of the most consistent play makers since being recruited by Manchester United from Sporting in 2020, we can see that his values and statistics are quite consistent in his playing so far with red devil.

Manchester United has spent almost 100 million euros at the moment whereas so far they have only earned around 42 million euros in revenue, doesnt Is it risky enough for Manchester United  to possibly get caught up in financial problems later?

Source : Transfermarkt
Manchester United needs to balance it to ensure they won't get future sanctions. I'm sure Manchester United already violated the PSR rule. This is because they lost over £250m in the last season of the three-year PSR cycle. This far exceeds the PSR limit of £105m. PSR rule only allows a club to lose around £105 millions in the three seasons. Manchester United potentially faces points deductions in the upcoming season.

Many FFP experts have flagged Manchester United. They could have trouble in the upcoming seasons.

This don't count their merch sales, sponsorship deals, etc right? I believe a club as big as Man United can earn 50 million euros easily from merch sales alone, granted probably not in one month. They can also do what Chelsea did by selling home-grown players if the worst thing come, although I doubt it will happen to that extent unless they spend 100 million per player. Compared to Chelsea or other clubs with nonsensical transfer deal, I think their condition is still okay. CMIIW.

Bruno Fernandes have been helpful with the progress of Manchester United. He's in the midfield and have provided key assists for his teammates, he's regarded as one of the basic player that pave way for growth. He's not leaving Manchester United because he's here to fulfilled his dreams and making sure he accomplish quite good records with the Red Devils. Erik Ten Hag wouldn't underestimate his chances of exploring in the English Premier League.

I’m happy with the way Arsenal are going about their Business. Calafiori has been signed. They’re trying to bring in Mikel Merino to boost their midfield options. Honestly, it’s a very good thing to see. Somehow I’m gingered. I can’t wait to see them in competitive action. I also want to see what Arteta has up his sleeves to make them a better team.
He keeps emphasizing on improving the current players they have and I think that is really important. They can make as many signings as they want but their players still have new levels to hit. Imagine their existing players performing even better than they did last season. It will be very difficult to stop them from winning something.

Arsenal have also made permanent their loan goalkeeper David Raya last season, and I think that is also a good decision. But indeed, even though there may still be some observers who are still disappointed with Arsenal because they haven't managed to win a trophy, at least Arteta has made a good process for Arsenal's future with his young players. So yes, I think Arsenal still has a good chance next season to remain in the title race at the top of the Premier League standings.

Because after all, success obtained quickly will also cause the team to experience rapid collapse too, because it doesn't have a good foundation within the team. Therefore, when Arsenal still retains Arteta even though he has not succeeded in getting a trophy, but I think that is also a good way for Arsenal to build a team with a young squad for the long term, of course.
The players and the club as a whole are supporting and backing him every season. I think for them to still have in around means that they’re happy with the progress so far. He’s a very good and intelligent manager. They keep improving every season and it’s evident in their performances and total points accumulated since he took over.
He’s won them the FA cup and community shield. They’ve been in the race for the EPL title for two seasons now. They’re reinforcing and preparing to go again this season.
I have a strong feeling that this season might be their season. We saw how strong and resilient they were last season hitting 89 points last season. If they can hit 95+ points this season, I don’t see anything stopping them from clinching the title.

I'm glad to see PSG hands off Bruno Fernandes from their shortlist. They are going for Joao Neves now.
Without being told, there are some deals that I know will never happen no matter how the media will twist it to look as if it is becoming real. The most valuable footballer in Manchester United is currently Bruno fernandes, so how will Manchester United who is in the mission of building her squad again now sell their most important player. Thinking that Manchester United will be able to sell Bruno fernandes, is just like saying Barcelona win sell yamal or Bayern Munich will sell musiala or something like that. Bruno is not an old lad, so he got alot to offer Manchester United and they will not sell him, not at this time. I can assure you that Bruno even has a longer future in Manchester United than Rashford.

There's no Manchester United without Bruno Fernandez. He is the spine and core of this club, ever since he joined Manchester United, he has always carried the weight of the club on his shoulders. Most at times I see a lot of disrespect to him from fans who has no knowledge of football, saying this and that but I don't blame them. After Kevin De Bruyne, he is the best and highest chances creator as he takes a whole lotta risk during big games and small games. It's just that, Manchester United lacks a concrete finisher.

Bruno Fernandez remains untouchable, Manchester United will not have any talks about a possible sale or transfer for Bruno Fernandez.
I hate the disrespect, Paris Saint Germans can get Jadon Sancho, but Bruno Fernandez? Imagine wanting Kylian Mbappe when he was their key player, they would have considered Manchester United a laughing stock.

Marcus Rashford shouldn't be relied upon this season, he disappointed the coach last season when he should have done enough. I hop he leaves.

I have read that Man United provides 202 million Euros. Currently, if I am not mistaken, they have used 104 million Euros. This means that Ten Hag still has half the funds to buy some other players to support success in the next season.  As for the dismissal I think it can happen for all coaches. Furthermore, it all depends on the achievements that will be achieved next season. I think this happens to all clubs under the coach. If they perform worse they will be replaced.
The 202 million Euros available will make it easier for Ten Hag to bring in the players he wants. The remaining money that has not been spent can be used to recruit other quality players according to the team's needs. The support that Ten Hag gets makes it easier for him to make Manchester United perform even better with several new players who will fill his squad next season. I think Ten Hag is enough to make Manchester United finish in the top four, that will be a good start in an increasingly competitive environment. Ten Hag will do anything to find a safe point, he just needs to make Manchester United lock in a position in the top four, but if management demands that Ten Hag immediately win the EPL title, it will clearly be a difficult mission for him because Manchester City is still in its best performance.
I also read that Erik Tan Hag is not responsible for transfers anymore, he is not asked if he would prefer this player or that player. Only thing he is asked is which position, and then the INEOS ends up deciding who to buy and where to buy and how much to spend. ETH is asked to use those players, if he asks a centre back, then they will give him a centre back, and will ask him to play that player. Like how they got Zirzkee and Yoro, both looking quite good and I think they were good pin point transfers without a doubt.

I am expecting that INEOS will end up spending another 100, but that seems like a lot of money, 200 million on just one summer isn't normal, and while they are getting better, this feels a little unsustainable as well. I do not know what to do or how to do it or how to get better without spending money.

But the only option that would be left, is take time and not rush into it, if they spend less, they would just take their time and not spend this much, would spend 100 a year, and would take longer time, but it would still be success, just a bit more years. I believe that we are going to see United ignore all that financial situation though, and just keep on buying players.
Last season Manchester United spent a lot of money on players, but the big money spent by Manchester United did not have a positive impact on their performance and they only ended last season in 8th place, so this was the main reason for Manchester United to recruit many new players, but, I am a little doubtful that Manchester United will spend almost 202 million Euros now to buy players, not because Manchester United doesn't have the money, but doesn't the English Premier League currently have very strict rules regarding financial restrictions imposed by profit regulations and sustainability (PSR) of the English league?
Currently, many teams in the English league are complaining about the new regulations because it directly limits their desire to recruit many players at high prices.

Manchester United has spent almost 100 million euros at the moment whereas so far they have only earned around 42 million euros in revenue, doesnt Is it risky enough for Manchester United  to possibly get caught up in financial problems later?

Manchester United are really taking good steps. The new owners aren't like the previous ones clearly. They know who to spend their money on well. This season could really be a big opportunity for Erik ten Hag to increase his credit. Because this season seems like his last chance as well after all that criticism. Sad They need to keep valuable players like Bruno Fernandes and they should sell the players who make unnecessarily high amounts and don't contribute much to the team.
I can't really say that INEOS is the new owner, but it's a part of the Manchester United group owners now. because of Glazer still holds the majority of stakes in United. I could not be happier than when Sir Jim joined in the Manchester United. Any steps by INEOS makes me feel very optimistic about the future of United in the upcoming season.
A few great transfers have happened. Also, Dan Ashworth is the new sport director at Manchester United. This also adds more positive vibes to the club.

About Bruno Fernandes, and it most likely he is not gonna leave from the club. I knew the news reported that PSG might approach him. But, Romano confirmed that this is not true.

Since being taken over by Sir Jim Ratcliffe, Ten Hag has continued to receive huge financial support to strengthen their squad, but so far we have not seen any significant development in Manchester United performance in the league,

Oh, Ugarte? It would really be a great signing for the Red Devils. He is only 23 and has a bright future I believe. I like him as a DM. They need players to fix the weaknesses in defense and he is one good candidate for it. However it is likely to be difficult to convince PSG for a cheaper price. They wouldn't like to make a loss considering Mbappe has just left for free. They don't have money issues but they need to balance finances not to have issues with financial fair play.

Could it be the sign of Casemiro to leave soon?  Huh  He also doesn't play as good as before in my opinion. He makes 18.2 million pounds per year (23.4 million with bonuses).

Brilliant lad yeah? I love his work rate, ability to remain calm under pressure, a good ball carrier, and also a good possession ans ball distribution player, young, tall, aggressive and also offensive, he would really bring a whole lot of energy to Manchester United midfied if he eventually joins Manchester United.

He is not a defender, he is a natural defensive midfielder, though they're gradually solving Manchester United defense issues, on e more player I'd love to come in would be De Ligt. The player is sure open for thr move, but Manchester United are yet to come to conclusion with Bayern Munich on what fee to get him.

As of yesterday,no saw a new of Manchester United jumping into a player leaving for Ac Milan. I don't know if they no longer want Manual Ugarte. Maybe they can also have a swap deal for both Jadon Sancho and Manual Ugarte since both of them are interested in the opposite ways. It would be a great deal because, I don't honestly see where Jadon Sancho fits into this Manchester United squad no more. He should kindly be sold out.

PSG trying to sell ugarte is not something they really want to do but they need to balance their finicial fair play, so the need to sell someone that will give them a certain amount and i think that where I grate comes in, PSG are currently working on securing Victor Osimehn and Joao Neves both combining a fee of 200Million so see that PSG definitely have to sell
Selling unimportant and even unused players to get extra money for buying new players, it's necessary step to do with PSG. However it raises a big question on reasons that forced them to refused the transfer bid from Real Madrid three seasons ago, and let Mbappe leave without money from transfer.

If they sell him some years ago, they can have good money to buy some new start players and rebuild their squad better. With money from that transfer, PSG will have enough money to not only buy a single player to replace Mbappe but some more players to strengthen other positions too. I hope that they can learn from this big lesson and don't repeat it in future.

We have seen notable changes going on in the club in terms of recruitment and I can agree that they’re better than the Glazers. One thing I admire about this new owners is their due diligence and professionalism to dealing with transfers.
They have to do this because the club success means more money to their pockets. No owners of a club don't want the club to gain success but they are different in their management ways that possible cause to different results.

Quote
They have brought in new coaches to provide assistance and are doing everything to back Ten Hag believing that he can take the club to a new height. There have been pressure on Ten hag and with the way they finished last season, I think they’re backing him now going into the new season so there won’t be an excuse if Manchester United doesn’t make champions league football next season.
It shows how strong support the owner gives to Ten Hag in this summer but it raises a big warning for Ten Hag. He must do his job well and the club must perform well in a next season. No patience from the owner, no support will last forever without convincing performances and results from the coach and players.

Ten Hag was not sacked this summer but next one or next two ones, he might be sacked or even in middle of season, if he fails to improve Manchester United's performances and results.

What I do not understand about the whole Ugarte situation is, why would PSG want to get rid of him so badly? Like did they not like him that much? He seems like a good kid, he seems like he has some potential and when he plays he is not that bad. I am not saying he is some amazing player, but if United gets rid of Casemiro and gets Ugarte there, I can't see how that would be worse, doesn't seem like it would be all that bad, it looks like it could very well be something that could benefit them to be fair.

This is my idea though, I could be wrong and maybe Ugarte isn't as good as I assume. I can see why United would want him, and like I said replacing casemiro with upgrade would be great for them and that's what I believe, which looks like what United also believes as well. The question here isn't why United wants him, the question is why PSG doesn't want him?

I mean for them to sell such a young kid, they must think he is not good enough and I do not see how you can think that he is not good enough, he has done alright enough. In any case, if all three parties are happy with the situation then let them do it, I am sure that PSG has enough money to buy someone better anyway, they are very wealthy.
PSG trying to sell ugarte is not something they really want to do but they need to balance their finicial fair play, so the need to sell someone that will give them a certain amount and i think that where Ugarte comes in, PSG are currently working on securing Victor Osimehn and Joao Neves both combining a fee of 200Million so you see that PSG definitely have to sell

Another reason PSG are trying to get rid of Manuel Urgarte is because he doesn’t really suite to Luis Enrique style of play. We all know he is a ball winner, aggressive and solid but Enrique is looking for somehow who can dictate the play, someone who doesn’t take too much time to decide what  to do with the ball. Benfica Joao Neves seems to be the right person for the work and benfica are only letting him leave for a 100million.
