One thing I so much love about Guardiola is that he always have different strategies in winning titles. Guardiola don't always bring the best players in his teams but has the understanding of how to build players to make them great, unlike other players that would want to get the best players to strengthen team. Guardiola is a coach that can perceive the potential of young players and build them to be great. I don't think Guardiola bringing money is all about a Club being financially buoyant because Guardiola don't really go for the most expensive players, he can just see a young players with good potential and developed the player.

exactly.  If I should say now, I can say Guardiola is the best coach currently. He always has full confidence in his players because he always knows that they will do what he expects from them, and this is because of how he builds them. I believe with his squad there is no shaking; they always deliver, and that is why, regardless of how good the team is, Guardiola is not always scared; he uses any player of his choice and still makes it due to how experienced he is.

I think any team that has Guardiola as a manager is lucky because seriously, he makes things really great for Manchester City currently, even if he leaves the city. I don't think Manchester City will have problems with performance because Guardiola has already trained the players in a way that they will concur with any team that comes their way.

Pep Guardiola has made history with Man City and there is no doubt that the Spanish teacher deserves to be England's greatest coach. People have the right to say that Pep Guardiola has created the greatest team in English football history. This is a united team, a unified team. I like the purity of the club. If I choose the greatest coach, Pep Guardiola must be number 1. Then comes Sir Alex Ferguson, Arsene Wenger, Jose Mourinho and Jurgen Klopp. Pep Guardiola surpassed Sir Alex Ferguson when he became the first coach to win the Premier League four consecutive seasons.

However, there is still an opinion that Guardiola is lucky to work for a team with strong potential like Man City. It could be argued that Guardiola simply joined teams that were already extremely successful. But on the other hand, why does Guardiola get such a privilege, instead of someone else?

I must emphasize that De bruyne has a very big impact to the manchester city. Also, he is having most contribution since manchester city was nothing in the EPL. Money can't guarantee city to get an attacking midfielder with the same quality as de bruyne.
Club must be ready if one day a key player has to leave the club and Manchester City is ready to accept De Bruyne's departure without having to retain players who already have plans to leave the club and on the other hand player regeneration must always be carried out to maintain the club's performance.
Yes, I know that Man City will not be able to get new players with the same quality of talent as De Bruyne, but Man City could get young players with more reliable talent than De Bruyne.
Money is always no guarantee, but with a large amount of money, a club can bring in professional players to replace the positions of players who are leaving.

When one day De Bruyne really has to leave Man City, as club fans we have to believe that it is a wise decision because management will definitely look for a replacement before he leaves.
The only worry is that Haaland can always perform well when working with De Bruyne and if he leaves, Haaland will definitely feel the bad impact of the key player's departure.

De Bruyne is a player who has dominated the Premier League for years now. He has probably also won enough amount of trophies that he desires. But, Pep knows that he knows KDB to succeed because he is not just a great player, but also an important person in the dressing room.

Maybe KDB will prioritize money now, since he is not that of a competitive individual, and also has won enough. If he goes to Saudi or MLS, he will get a huge amount of wages too. Yes, it will be hard for City to replace him, but sooner or later it will follow through.

But what if Rodri and Haaland leave Manchester City? The club will perform very poorly next season.

If both of them also leaves Manchester City would definitely have serious issues.  Sad  Rodri is a player who is rare of his kind. His skillsets and strength are making huge difference for his team.

Rodri is one few Spanish players I respect including Yamal and Morata, most especially as a young talented talented player who works towards building himself. He's no doubt one of the top players the Manchester City squad have right now and leaving the club together with Haaland are going to affect the club's delivery. Although, in as much as Pep Guardiola is still in charge, he will always find a way to navigate the club to perform their best in the season.
Did you say Haaland leaving Manchester City will cause a drastic slow down in their performance, Haaland has a better replacement as City striker which we all know Alvarez can do even better in that position. We can not compare the impact from the dismissal of Rodri to Haaland, Rodri has been a core player for the team and a lot has been built around him that makes him an absolute treasure in Pep squad. But with or without them I still believe Pep will find his way round to strengthen his team and maintain their brilliance performance in the league.

I know that Rodri and Haaland's excellence was most clearly shown in the 2022/23 season, when they contributed greatly to helping Manchester City win the treble, winning the Premier League, FA Cup, and Champions League. But it cannot be for that reason that when they leave Manchester City, the team will be very poorly next season.
You should understand Pep Guardiola, in his team there is no center, we saw last season when the pillars of the team were injured, but Pep Guardiola still has the factors to help the team. Premier League champion. If there are departures of key players, this is not necessarily the decline of Manchester City. This can be considered a new thing for them. With stable finances and Pep Guadiola's vision, I believe they will bring in even better quality players. There will be no irreplaceable player. Because in Pep Guardiola's strategy, there is no word impossible. What I think is that if Pep Guardiola leaves then Manchester City will decline.

Man City have bigger problems than losing 1 or 2 individual players. This season they will be in court defending themselves against 116 charges of cheating and cooking the books to hide financial irregularities. They could be relegated and stripped of trophies won during the years accused.

Pep has one more year left on his contract, I think he will leave in summer 2025. Their era of dominance is coming to an end.

I haven't read anything about the case against City for a long time, but it would only be fair if they receive a penalty and this applies also to many european clubs in different countries.

Apart from that, however, I do not believe that if Haaland leaves City, this circumstance would harm the club. Haaland was not good in the last few months in the last season anyway and without him they were better. Alvarez was much better towards the end of the season, which does not mean that Haaland is bad but maybe he just needs a new club to perform good.

I disagree with you, if Haaland leaves Manchester City the club is going to perform at its worst. Of course, Manchester City has a striker who can replace Haaland if he decides to leave, but we cannot compare Alvarez to Haaland because the players couldn't produce the same results, Alvarez cannot contribute as much as Haaland did for Manchester City, and Alvarez was at the club before Haaland, so did he ever win the Premier League top scorer? No, he has never won anything like this before, and we want to compare it to the Haaland that won the treble in his first season. However, Alvarez is capable of scoring many goals, but not as many as Haaland, and if Manchester City relies only on Alvarez as a striker, they will struggle to win a championship each season.
Sergio Aguero was one of Manchester City's most prolific strikers previously and many people say that Manchester City will have great difficulty finding a replacement. But since Pep Guardiola brought Haaland from Dortmund, Aguero's name seems to have been forgotten and now it's just Haaland. This could happen to Haaland if he decides to leave Manchester City in the next few seasons, he will be replaced even though he will never be the same.

Erling Haaland is very different from previous Manchester City strikers, where Haaland had a fantastic debut by registering his name as top scorer in his first two seasons. Haaland has played 66 matches with Manchester City in the Premier League and has scored 63 goals and 13 assists, of course this is only about the Premier League not yet the Champions League and other domestic competitions.

Pep Guardiola is definitely one of the great coaches of all time, there is no doubt about that. But when people make the claim that Pep never worked with a squad with a low budget, I think I have to concede to that. Whichever club he worked in, he had players with high talent bars and did put in work to achieve that. In City, yes he made a lot of young talents into big players but he also had a lot of money to work with, which favored him.

I think for a team to do good, and keep consistently performing at the highest level, they need to have good squad depth, and City always has that due to having so much money to spend on players.

But we all have to credit Guardiola because of his tactics, his ability in finding talents, and his mentality of winning. He does and has done things no one else has done in football so far, so massive props to that man.

He might be one of the best goalscoring players no doubts but he'll always have someone who will be there to replace him immediately he leaves Manchester City. Julian Alvarez has also been linked in leave the club because I don't think he is comfortable sitting on the bench as a backup player. I feel like he has won it all, it's that time he goes out there and play for another club as the number one striker.
Rodri leaving Manchester City would affect them slightly, I have seen what's it's like in his absence and I know at the moment, he's got none to fill up his role comfortably. Liiw I said, there's always a player to replace a player who wants to leave.

In fact, Diallo and Antony are both right wingers while Sancho can play on both wings productively.  Smiley  This is why I think there wouldn't be any conflict among these players. Rather than that I'm wondering what they are planning with Rashford?  Huh

He still remains at the club despite his inconsistencies during the recent years. If they part ways with him there would be Sancho and Garnacho left as natural left wingers. Both of them wouldn't have any playing time issues then. Even if Rashford stays, I wouldn't prioritize him in the starting 11. It doesn't make sense.  Sad

By the way, I've heard Juventus is still thinking of trying their chance with Sancho. Do you think they can get him as of now?

Rashford is also a donkey, they're like virus right now, I hope they don't affect Kobbie Mainoo with their dirty behavior's. I wouldn't mind seeing the both of them leaving Manchester United.  I have been reading about the news of Ivan Toney lately, I would love it though because I cannot trust Marcus Rashford and Sancho, not even Antony after how they failed to fight for thr manager last season.

I would want to see Amad Diallo getting enough game time for Manchester United next season honestly. Je has earned it right from that game against Liverpool in the Fa Cup Competition.
It's reasons why they have Joshua Zirkzee signed in, Manchester United can have a front trio of Garnacho,  Zirkzee and Amad. I will love that because they're simply after scoring goals, pacy and good technically on and off the ball and can find themselves in good spaces.

The Manchester City squad so far will not experience instability even if they lose 1 or 2 players as you said, so far we know that the depth that Manchester City has is quite capable and allows them to continue competing in the race for the title, but indeed the accusations by Manchester City is currently quite serious with 116 accusations which could destroy them as a team if the allegations are proven, but what surprises me is that it seems like these cases have been surfacing for quite some time but none of them have been processed by the league authorities England Football so far, this is different from teams like Everton and Nottingham Forest which are being immediately prosecuted by the English league authorities at this time.
Guardiola seems to realize that if he stays longer at Manchester City then it is not impossible that this will also tarnish his achievements, because if Manchester City is punished, won't it also have an effect on Guardiola as a coach?

Yes, this is exactly Manchester City's main concern now. The accusations against them are really heavy just as you mentioned. I wonder what they are planning to pull away from a this big case.  Huh

If they are found guilty of these breaches then they can really find themselves in the Championship all of a sudden. All that effort would be in vain because of violating the rules in this way. In that case I don't know how many good players would remain in the team either. Because the squad is full of star players and I don't know how many of them would like to play in the 2nd league. The case must be in November if I'm not mistaken.
When a team like Everton which commits one violation actually gets a deduction of almost 10 points, then if Manchester City is proven guilty of committing 116 violations, of course you can imagine how much punishment they will get in the future and it is even possible that Manchester City will be banned from competing in both the league and champions league in the future.

If he won't be sold out, what happens to Amad Diallo? Anthony? Would they be part of the long term plans of the club? Jadon Sancho is lucky, he'd be sold out if he had not done what he was suppose to do. How can a manager ask you to apologize and you bring up bullshit rambling?! It's great to have him back and n because he was a player that saw it to the finals in the Champions League Competition, he knows what's it like now and can pass it on to others.

He would, fuel, passion, he'd want to win back his position he'll want to impress the manager, tue number nine striker will indeed benefit a whole lot from all these hungry forwards.
There'll be so much games from the Uefa European Europa League Competition to the Premier League Competition and stuff's. A sound midfielder is what I'm asking for now.

I sure the management of Manchester United will be looking forward to bring in two qualified defenders this season, I'm sure of Erik Ten Hag getting Manchester United in the top two or three clubs.

I don't agree with you, have you forgotten that Manchester City already dominated the EPL before Haaland arrived. Haaland only completes or completes the puzzle in the Manchester City squad, in fact without his presence the team coached by Pep Guardiola would still be a strong team. Winning the Treble winner in his first season with Manchester City was just luck, he came to Manchester City when this team was at the peak of its performance.

Haaland departure will not reduce the burden on Manchester City, if Pep Guardiola does not really entrust the position of main striker to Alvarez, he will try to bring in other players who have better qualities. A team like Manchester City will have no difficulty getting the players they are targeting, the players will also feel honored if a club like Manchester City is interested in using their services.

Yes, that's right, because all the players remain connected, so Haaland's departure will not cause Manchester City's performance to decline, they can find a replacement for Haaland to fill his position, after all, Haaland's arrival is indeed complementary and all the players complement each other, that's what I saw while they were playing so that they were united with each other. who could ultimately dominate the EPL in the next few seasons. Guardiola can always find the best players for Manchester City as long as there is sufficient financial support. Everything can be easy, but it won't work without financial support.

To be honest, I also see Haaland's performance now, every time he faces a strong team he is unable to overcome and be creative to get out of the opponent's back line so he often finds it difficult to break into the opponent's goal, but if he plays against a weak team, Haaland actually seems to find it easy to break into the opponent's goal. easily, it's just that he is still not able to play well when facing a strong team. Guardiola should be able to see that it seems that new players are also needed on the front lines, players who are more creative and productive so that they can easily score goals against opponents, especially this is important for the UCL matches in the coming season.

That problem has been around for many years, and I honestly think that they are not going to get as much of a trouble as people think they are going to get. I get that some people might be afraid of the situation, but the reality is that we are probably going to see them do fine. They may get some punishment, hell they may even get like budget or cap type of issues, they may even get points deduction for this season, but they are not going to get something huge.

I think if we see the result already, we are going to see that City will get away with most of this. The charges aren't really that much, most of them are repeat and it is not as dangerous to them as people think it is, I am sure that in the end they are going to be fine.

What is certain is that there is the latest thing at Man United, where in the end Man United extended Jonny Evans' contract for the next year until 2025. This may be quite surprising for some parties, because after all, the center back is currently 36 years old. But indeed, for his contribution last season, he was quite good for Man United. And this contract was carried out when Man United was still negotiating to sign Matthijs de Ligt.

Source: Jonny Evans signs new deal at Man United

Jonny Evans is just being kept as a rotation defender that's all.  Smiley  Manchester United could absolutely find a better player to replace him but maybe they just don't want to spend much money for this.

They are fully concentrated on strengthening the defense line in the main lineup. de Ligt transfer is on the way if we don't see any surprise. Because the player seems really keen on this which is surprising to me at the same time. Because you know de Ligt is playing for Bayern Munich which have been in much better condition for years. Anyways, the Red Devils wouldn't feel the need of questioning that for sure while they have the opportunity.  Grin

De Ligt had a good past with Erik Ten Hag when they worked together for Ajax years back, he loves the project of Erik Ten Hag and would want to be part of it again with Manchester United. He is well aware of Manchester United not being involved in the Champions League Competition but, has made his decisions clear on how he wants to leave Bayern Munich for Manchester United. Erik Ten Hag is key figure in bringing both Joshua Zirkzee and De Ligt to Manchester United. It's all same with Andrea Onana and Lisandro Martinez.

Erik Ten Hag had difficulties with his Center backs from last season, so, I feel like it's the right thing to tackle the issues of defense before another.

Jonny Evans knows Manchester United from the time of Sir Alex Ferguson, he knew what it was like in the dressing room, so I believe he is more than just a player for rotation but also for experience and leadership of the dressing room, pitch and club. He is a much better player than Harry Maguire for me. Feels good to see Manchester United extending his contract until next season.

One thing about pep guadiola is that he never builds a team and centered all focus and importance on a particular player and this has also been the strength of this Manchester city side, one would have thought that the dismissal of Kevin de byrune would have slowed them drastically seeing how important the midfield Mysterio was but still they were able to fill the gap and play well and besides foden is there too.

I think any team that has Guardiola as a manager is lucky because seriously, he makes things really great for Manchester City currently, even if he leaves the city. I don't think Manchester City will have problems with performance because Guardiola has already trained the players in a way that they will concur with any team that comes their way.
When that really happens, Guardiola leaves Man City, de Bruyne, then if there are also rumors regarding Haaland, then that will put Man City in a difficult condition and really have to re-build the team again to be as strong as it was under Pep Guardiola with their top key players so far. But at least, Guardiolla will still accompany Man City during the next season, because he said that he will finish at Man City the next summer. Luckily, news about Haaland to follow Guardiolla is still a rumor and his agent rejected it.

To return to Manchester United under Erik Ten Hang. Especially Sancho. Why do Manchester United decide to bring him back. Check it well, it might not actually be that Erik Ten Hang misunderstanding with Sancho was the issue. It could be that Sancho is finding it difficult playing in English Premier league despite that he's from England. The energy and speed he prospers in Bundesliga will make you think my way. There's no doubt that Sancho is a star on his day, let's see what the new season has.
Finally this happened, it's quite...... surprising, but, this means that this ensures that he will stay at Man United? Several rumors regarding his move have now ended. Indeed, sometimes situations can really turn around easily with communication and whatever the negotiation. Will this be much better in the future?
Let's see.
