Liverpool is still very silent in the transfer window which is quite interesting to me.  Huh  There is one month to go for the Premier League to restart. One month left and still no transfer must be worrying for Liverpool fans. Of course there is no important player they have lost recently either. But still I thought there would be some players Arne Slot would like to see in his team.  Sad
You shall not be worrying over Liverpool's transfer stance. They are not publishing their shortlists. So, you are speculating badly. I disagree with this. I think Arne Slot is not eager to rush to buy a new player without deep analysis.
Arne Slot is a new coach, and any of his decision will also be monitored by lots of parties. Then, once he makes the wrong move, and I'm sure Arne Slot is gonna get lots of criticisms towards him.

Yes, I'm aware if you feel panic because a few weeks have passed by with no move from Liverpool. But, they're still in talks over some potential transfers.
I've heard Liverpool is now strongly linked to some players. They include Marc Guehi, Riccardo Calafiori, Willian Pacho, and Ousmane Diomande.

We may be seeing an update regarding which players sign with Liverpool by the next weeks.

I'm curious about whether Salah will leave this summer as well. Al-Ittihad has been interested but no official offer yet as far as I know. Liverpool had better be ready to find a solid replacement in case it happens.

Saudi's sport ministry has confirmed Liverpool was not keen in selling Salah. Salah stays for another season, probably till his contract is ending next year. Perhaps liverpool may also prepare a surprise for him too.

I'm very surprised that Liverpool is yet to sign a new player at this time of the summer. After Jurgen Klopp left the club, I expect the new manager to sign few new players that'll probably suit his style of football but since he's yet to sign any
At the moment I have not heard any rumors regarding the players Arne Slot will recruit for Liverpool in this transfer market. But I think it is impossible if Arne Slot doesn't make any player purchases in his first season. Slot has tactics and vision of the game that may be slightly different from Klopp's. And of course it usually benefits a new coach to get some players in his first season. Liverpool are not in bad financial shape although they are not a rich club. So I'm sure that in the remaining transfer period they will also buy several players.

8th is exactly where they deserved to be. Too many players on huge wages who don’t give 100% every week. Man Utd get up for the big games but being successful is about more than that.

Ten Hag needs to get rid of the underperforming high earners. They need to put their faith in the likes of Mainoo, Garnacho, Hojlund.

LFC_Bitcoin Is a staunch Liverpool fan. I have followed his post closely over the past months. Also, I know what it's like between the rivalry with Manchester United fans and Liverpool fans but then, I have never seen his post bashing Erik Ten Hag or dragging him out on here ( I love you for that... You're indeed such a good football lover spitting out nothing but pure facts ). But then, so many Manchester United are just too biased to see that Erik Ten Hag is not the central issue with Manchester United.

Exactly. Asides, Lisandro Martinez, Bruno Fernandez and these youngins, Manchester United shouldn't have double thoughts about these lads, they don't have what it takes to represent that club nor the badge. If this was back in the day, players of such standards shouldn't have made it to Sir Alex Ferguson's first team.
The standards of Manchester United indeed really dropped. Most of the fanbase are something else, they want change and growth but they want it to happen overnight. Do they think Erik Ten Hag is a magician?

The new INEOS should be brute about this wipe out, but they've actually done nothing at the moment. Erik Ten Hag has always said it, they lacked standards and depth ( Manchester United )

I don’t think the new coach will want to maintain the players that Klopp left, maybe he is just observing first, or maybe he thinks the current players will fit the style of his play also, but the transfer window is still open and there is still time. We just have to wait and see the next step that he will take. But if he knows what’s best for him, then he should just sign more players, he shouldn’t rely on the players that he is currently having in the club because some patterns of play might not be similar to his own.

Jürgen Klopp actually left a good team. I think the new coach won't need too many changes. Some changes will still be required, though. Some players must go, some players must come. That's why good follow-up and research is needed while there is still time. Liverpool is a team that should be on the way to the title this year and they have a good time to build the best squad.

Yes indeed, basically Liverpool already have good players and thus, there is nothing wrong if Arne Slot does not make many player purchases and also releases some players. Because anyway,  if Arne Slot does not plan to buy many players, then I think it will also be good for Liverpool because it might be able to save money. After all, there is nothing wrong as long as they have quality players, unless Liverpool are still lacking to have big potential players, then it will make it mandatory to buy new players.

But at least, so far Liverpool have also included other young player from the young Liverpool squad and he is Bobby Clark who plays as a midfielder. Of course, by including Bobby Clark, who is still young, it is hoped that Bobby Clark can also develop and increase his experience in the Liverpool squad next season.

Bringing in new players every time the transfer window opens seems to have become a tradition for a club, the aim is clearly to add strength to the squad. Now Liverpool is being handled by a new coach, of course they really need some new players who suit the strategy used by Arne Slot, but the movement is a little slow because no players have been announced yet.

Maybe Liverpool is making an internal approach to several players who have not yet made it to the media, and the coach's habit is to try to bring in players from clubs they have coached previously because they already have good chemistry between the two. Of course Liverpool will soon announce several players because they need to improve if they want to compete with Manchester City, perhaps a surprise will occur before the transfer market closes.

I understand that everyone is expecting United to do better this season or at least requiring them to do better, 8th is not acceptable level for United and they need to really do better. But, I also think that they have the potential, that 8th was just very low for how good they are, they shouldn't have been that low anyway, and I think it needs to be considered different.

I think the best way to move forward with this would be realizing that we could probably go about doing something better. I am not saying that we are going to deal with things that will change a while, and United won't be some contender or anything, but being at 5th-4th place would be a lot better, that seems like we could definitely see something changing.

So if Kevin De Bruyne leaves the club, it will definitely affect the performance of the club to some extent.
Kevin De Bruyne is indeed the best midfielder that Man City has. He has helped the striker with the passes he provides, as proven when he was injured, Haaland did not perform optimally because rarely anyone provided passes, in other words, De Bruyne has the most important position at Man City.

But Kevin De Bruyne is getting older, it is reported that he will leave Man City this summer and there are rumors that he has made a deal with one of the Saudi Arabian clubs, ready or not ready, Man City must prepare the best midfielder who will replace him, there are many good players at various clubs, Pep must be smart good at assessing players who have potential like Kevin De Bruyne. I know this player is difficult to replace, but no matter what, Man City cannot force the player to continue at Man City.

Source : Kevin De Bruyne
Age is very important in the game of football so many talented players have had to leave big clubs just because of age.
Kevin De Bruyne is one of the best midfielders in the world and is one of Manchester City's most trusted names but recently there have been rumors that he could leave Manchester City for another destination in this transfer window.

Although this is just a rumor right now, there is a possibility that this may be true. Manchester City may offer him for a maximum of one more season, the Manchester City midfielder may not agree to this offer, so he may go to another club of his choice. There have been rumors of him leaving the club, with the latter likely to finish out the rest of his career in the Saudi league. When a player is rumored to be switching teams, many have expressed a variety of comments, and now it remains to be seen which club he ultimately chooses to spend the rest of his career at.

In fact, there are many rumors saying that there are several players who have been linked with Liverpool, but still no one has really made a definite deal. I think Arne Slot really wants to develop the players left by Jurgen Kloop because Liverpool also still has good players in it, if Arne Slot can provide a suitable strategy for Liverpool to become a title challenger again for Man City and Arsenal at the top of the standings.

I'm curious about whether Salah will leave this summer as well. Al-Ittihad has been interested but no official offer yet as far as I know. Liverpool had better be ready to find a solid replacement in case it happens.
The season will start soon but there is no latest news regarding Salah's future, whether he will leave for the Saudi League or stay for another season. If Liverpool want to sell him, they should do it now and immediately buy a star player to replace him because Al Ittihad is still making a fairly high offer and Liverpool can get a player by selling Salah. Liverpool still have time to think, but if they haven't found the right player option and are still in doubt, it's better to keep him. He also still had good performance last season even though he is getting older. If he is not injured, it is very likely that he will still score a lot.

Yea, I agree with what you are actually saying here, Arne slot hasn't brought in anybody now due to the fact that he is still evaluating the players at his disposal, and sincerely speaking, their are loads of talent in this Liverpool side which can still challenge Manchester city to the title if they are being handled by a very competent manager, so I wouldn't be that surprise if no new player is signed into this Liverpool team next season, because they have an abundance of talent in their squad already.

Then talking about mo Salah, I think if he moves away from this Liverpool side, he is definitely going to be a very big loss to this Liverpool side, and if something like that happens, they needs to replace him with someone more capable, that can fill the void left by the legendary mo Salah, but right now, he is still a Liverpool player, nothing is confirmed yet.

And lastly, it will be very good if Arne slot start training with his players very early, so as to know where the team is seriously lacking, so that something decisive can be done on that.

BTC, a coin of today and tomorrow.
ETH was asked to stay, and if the team decided to keep Erik Tan Hag, then they have to follow what he wants. And with typical Dutch manager fashion, he brought in the next star on his list, because he knows how to manage Dutch players and that is who he wanted. I believe that we are going to see them do much better with time, and ETH is building a team that he can control and he can manage.

This transfer could be a great one or a terrible one, we do not know but what we know is that they are trying to do their best, which is all you can ask from them. This may take a while, but it doesn't mean that we are not going to see any success, of course they are going to do fine, they just need some time but could be great right away too.
I have never believed Erik Ten Hang in his ability to sign good players. Some of the quality players that are still being enjoyed in Manchester United today was signed by Luiz Van Gal. The few forwards that Erik signed seems to be flop. When a credible coach wants to sign a player, the nationality of the player shouldn't come in play. It is the ability that is needed. Which one is that Erik Ten Hang can manage German players.

Erik is not good in signing forwards and even midfielders. Anthony and Hojlund are yet to perform. Meanwhile, my advice to him is that he should try and sign defenders. Defence wins titles.

Some of the players who are already there for me are pretty good the squad that Klopp left just needs a combination of strategies from Arne Slot how to adjust the game to his tactics because if you change the total whole that Arne Slot wants it will be difficult to do unless slowly in the next few seasons.

If you don't sell some players maybe Arne Slot will sell players in the first half of the season if the transfer window is open, if there are players who don't suit him, but so far Arne is still happy with the squad he has meaning there is no significant shortage just need to add a few players so far there are still no rumors.

You are actually right. With the current situation of the Manchester United dressing room, actually, with the current situation of Manchester United club as a whole, I think they need some players who can actually provide some wisdom for the team. But other than that if we look at it from the perspective of his contribution in the field, he is nothing but a squad rotation player that will be used in those matches where Manchester United needs to rest the main 11 players. You know these are actually the last days of him playing at the top level of competitions. But he was definitely useful for Manchester United in the last season and maybe they will be able to use him in this upcoming season as well, I've seen he is very well motivated for 2024/25.
The problem in this case is that Ten Hag really cannot provide the best in the selection of prospective Manchester United players and to date when he took office we can certainly see some of the players he brought in in the end ended in failure.
Some of the names that Ten Hag did bring in during his coaching until now especially at high prices include Antony, Mount, Onana and Hojlund almost all the players brought in have a fairly large price but in the end it only ends in failure and even for Mount maybe this time he was the worst because during 1 season he was brought in by Manchester United only 14 times he played (mostly starting from the bench) and only scored 1 goal and that is clearly not a good performance for a player worth 60 million.

It's important to see how the player fits in with the club in the end but Ten Hag can't do that because most of the players he brings in are always Eredivisie players or players he has coached. So for this transfer season, of course, Manchester United must be more careful in choosing new players so that the money spent is not comparable to the performance given.

For Mohammed Salah, I'm surprised that nothing have been said about him and his future but there are reports that Liverpool has gotten offers from few Saudi Arabian clubs however, none of them have been confirmed by the club. I don't know if the new manager will want to continue to work with Mohammed Salah but I believe clarifications about his future will be made known soon.

Meanwhile, for their arrival this season, there is only Joshua Zirkzee, a center-forward from Bologna who is considered quite suitable for Man United.

Zirkzee is a good transfer in my opinion. After parting ways with Martial, the only mainly CF left in the squad was Hojlund. They needed some more squad depth in the position and Zirkzee has arrived.  Smiley

Zirkzee was a solid transfer by Ten Hag. Losing Martial is obviously leaving a loophole in Manchester United's attack. So, Ten hag take the right step to bring Zirkzee from Bologna to the united. A smart move from Ten hag. Im not even feeling worry to bet on United once Hojlund gets injury.

Ten Hag is now seeing the problem he must solve. It shows his effort to rebuild United and compete for the title in the coming season. Ten hag needs only to strengthen their defensive line.

The transfer fee is said to be 42.5 million euros. I think it is a good amount for a young player whose future looks bright. Rashford can also play as CF but he should just be sold already. One season he is great, in another he is the opposite. This can't go on like that. You need to be consistent after a point. Rashford isn't a rookie either so this shouldn't be tolerated by the Red Devils. I'm curious whether there is any interested team this summer.
Zirkzee has impressive performance in Bologna. His price is far lower than Hojlund's. That's a smart buy by Ten Hag.

About Rashford, He was sometimes playing as CF. This was because Manchester United had no strikers left at that time. Rashford is the only guy who can play better as central striker. The red devil has not included Rashford on their future plan, and i expect Ten hag tries to sell him soon.
