Chelsea was on fire yesterday match by giving wolves what they did not imagine, I still cannot believe that Chelsea will be able to pull the performance they did yesterday considering the fact that wolves gave arsenal some strong resistant before they finally lose 2:0 to arsenal, there performance was indeed a shocking one to so many people because after Chelsea lose to Manchester City so many people concluded that Chelsea is not in a good shape, so I believe that with there performance yesterday they will realize that Chelsea still have some of there strength in them, however is very unfortunate for wolves because they have started this premier league season very bad because from the two matches they have played they have nothing to write home about plus the numerous goals they have also conceived.

Wolves's goalkeeper is really bad, all goals scored by Madueke are actually same, he shot from the right side.

From this match, now we know that Palmer only trust Madueke, Jackson and Enzo, he didn't trust Mudryk, that's why he got zero chance to shot lol.

It's a big win for Chelsea, but if they meet bigger teams, they will not able to score as this high since top goalkeepers are low likely make the same mistake. Gallagher was supposed to play with Palmer as an attacking midfielder, if Gallagher still play for Chelsea, he might able to add two more goals.

The match between the two teams was very interesting at the start of the match but towards the second half the game was very dominated by Chelsea and made me no longer interested in watching it, Chelsea experienced difficulties in the first half and even when the Wolves were able to balance the score to 2-2 before the first half ended very It can be seen that Maresca was very frustrated, but I don't know what he said in the dressing room, but this actually improved Chelsea mentality and performance in the second half, Chelsea game in the second half was really crazy and clearly we didn't see that in their previous match against Manchester City, Chelsea, who played at home to the Wolves, were actually able to dominate the match even more and they even recorded 14 shots with 8 shots on target which in the end were able to destroy the Wolves with a very big score.

I don't think there's anyone doubting the fact that Wolves vs Chelsea game yesterday is easily the most intriguing and entertaining game we've seen in the English Premier League so far. For a team who failed to score against Manchester City in their first game of the season, scoring six goals at Wolves was my least expected result but Chelsea manager and players had another plan. Talking about the no.9 striker position, Nicholas Jackson had a great performance yesterday and was able to find the back of the net as well as providing assist for Cole Palmer to score that stunner of a goal but I'm still don't have don't much confidence on the Senegalese striker. If Chelsea can, I think they should still sign Victor Osimhen this summer

Chelsea went berserk at Wolves headquarters after the previous match had disappointed club owner Todd Boehly, in the second game EPL they scored 6 goals in one match. Hikeke successfully printed a hat trick, Palmer scored 1 goal + 3 assists, Joao Felix who made his debut managed to contribute 1 goal. Very good results for Chelsea especially this victory is obtained at the opposing headquarters, Enzo Marsca must maintain the performance of foster children in order to always display the best game in order to achieve maximum results in the next match.

Chelsea at very least made progress. I remind you that they lost against Wolves in an away game last season, and they are now winning it. Although they conceded many goals due to their poor defense. But, this is a positive for them. Chelsea needs a good striker. But, we can't be sure Osimhen will easily adapt to their style. I'm not really concerning it as long as we can still score as many as we can, and I'm fine with it. We have no issue on the attacking line after all, but we're so bad when it comes to defense. Then it must be our main concern to have a solution for our defence.

Since Pep Guardiola arrived in the Premier League, Manchester City has turned the tournament into its playground thanks to the clever combination of the powerful financial resources of its owners, along with Pep's impressive ability to command and improvise tactics. Manchester City have seen off the challenge of Arsenal in the last two seasons and go into this campaign aiming to win a fifth successive Premier League title. Considering the current general situation, this is a very high possibility that will happen. Of course, other big teams will not let Man City easily become the Premier League champions again, but in terms of potential, coach Pep Guardiola's team is still the number 1 candidate. Arsenal and Liverpool are likely to form a three-horse race for the new Premier League title.

With a long and fierce tournament like the Premier League, personnel depth is one of the key factors that helps a club win the championship. Man City's schedule this season is even tougher as they have to participate in the new format Club World Cup. This means key players will be playing more often, leading to a higher risk of injury. It's one reason why Arsenal and Liverpool have a better chance of competing. Arsenal can overthrow Man City after 2 consecutive seasons of winning the runner-up position. Only if the Gunners mature further, otherwise the championship will still be an obsession for them.

I agree with you. Chelsea still needs a striker. Not just a striker like Joao Felix but a classy striker like Osimhen. I didn't mean to underestimate Felix. Even though he managed to score last night, but Chelsea has already failed with this player in the past. It seems Chelsea will not be able to get Osimhen because he is in the middle of a deal with Al-Ahli. What makes the difference is that Al-Ahli can accommodate the high salary which Chelsea could not fulfill the demands, because if we talk about a transfer value of €65m, that is a number that Chelsea can easily afford.

Despite the huge goal difference, Chelsea were just lucky to won the game but there is nothing impressive with their performance especially in the first half. If you watched the match closely, you will believe with me that Chelsea still need striker (the likes of Osimhen). The game changed in the second half thou but there is serious work to be done in the defense and midfield. The attackers showed a bit of effectiveness but it doesn't change the fact that they have a very bad defense line and it's going to cost them if nothing is done about it. It doesn't make sense celebrating a goal and see opponent scores immediately thereby cutting the celebration short.

Nicolas Jackson got it all wrong. Was he expecting John Mikel Obi to keep praising him for his awful performances all these while because both of them are Africans? That's a nepotic mentality; a good sports pundits shouldn't give special treatment to any player.

The truth remains that Jackson has not been living up to the expectations of the fans but he is just lucky to be favoured by some coaches. Some impatient coaches would have kept him on the bench or even sold him. The Senegalese should learn how to accept constructive criticism and move on. He shouldn't have insulted a Chelsea legend just because he scored a goal.

He is a good player but if he doesn't want it be harshly criticised let him stop missing chances. He should accept that he has not been impressive and keep working hard to improve his performance.

Although the Chelsea team made their attacks simple, the opposing team could not control these attacks because Chelsea team has the most experienced players in the attacking department.  Noni Madueke alone scored a hat-trick, he was more than ready to perform for a long time in this match and he has scored a few hat-tricks in the past as well.  However, he was more aggressive in this match although his attacks were not successful in the beginning, but he found his success later in the half type.  If he could have performed well from the start then it would not have been possible for him to score more goals as he has aggressively tried to score goals from the start.

Match day 2 and this is your conclusion? Well, it's cool though. I would love to see them do this consistently before I can admit that they won't be needing a new number nine striker.
Before making such conclusions, don't forget it's not how far but how well. We will see what they can achieve in the Premier League Competition. Chelsea has always had a great past with Italian managers honestly. I have also said it before now, Enzo Maresca wouldn't be the last one of them. People will day Mikel caused this for himself but he has played with world class strikes like Didier Drogba and Fernando Torres so, he knows what he is saying.

It is undeniable that until now Manchester City is still in control of the probability of winning because apart from the experience that Pep provides in terms of coaches, they also have a myriad of quality players so that it can keep their performance better which makes it difficult for other clubs to compete openly with them in the race for the trophy.
Arsenal is still one of the most expected clubs to date, but in the end we must realize that Arsenal's dream of becoming champions after 2 decades of absence will still be very difficult because there is Manchester City, which is always getting stronger every season thanks to more qualified coaches and players.

For Haaland he is indeed a monster and at the moment it looks like Manchester City's goal machine still does not want to stop after the previous 2 seasons he played well at City, he still does not want to release the top score to others this season.

Actually, Chelsea played an incredible game today that made everyone happy about their performance, and every player played with a complete effort to see their own success today; moreover, since the beginning of the Premier League this season, no team has ever gotten six goals in a game if not Chelsea. So it is a good one, but the main force is that if they can still keep this effort that they put in today's game against the Wolves, then they will go far this season, even though I know it will be very hard for them to get the trophy this season, but at least with sure efforts, they might be at the top 3 on the table by the end of the league, but that depends if they maintain their effort and put more to face various challenges this season. 

Well, I watched the Manchester city verse ipswich match and I can tell you that Manchester city conceded that first goal because they possibly underrated their opponent, and the retaliation goals which was 3 goals under five minutes, I would say was scored in anger and a way to make up for their mistake of allowing themselve to concede a goal from a club like ipswich.

And considering which club will possibly walk home with the EPL title this season, like I did mention on another thread on this board as regards to this same topic, it pretty too early to become to assume or predict, or worst of all, even conclude on which club will win the title this season, for currently, I think every club participating in this year's EPL still have an equal chances of making it to the top and staying there to the very end.

I've never been this excited in my life.... The ecstacy and the experience was a thriller! Everyone played smoothly, even as they all had different wings, the coordination was there..every single Chelsea player was ON THE PITCH!

COLD palmer!!!!! I mean, the strategy was right on spot and he took over the game, creating chances and everything. Joan Felix played well too; I saw realism and professionalism in madueke today as well.. lighting up the candles and banging the net like that was his last game... His meticulousness and precision paid off!

Of a truth Chelsea played differently today because when they were leveled by 2:2 in the first half people started losing confidence that Chelsea will end winning the match and considering has they lost very easily to Manchester City in their last match made so many people feel that Chelsea is a weak team but today they have actually proving those that didn't believe in their ability wrong. What amazed me today was to see that the hat trick that Madueke scored were all assisted by cole Palmar and i commend him for the efforts he put together for the success of today's game. Chelsea winning with a huge goal difference in this 8 goals thriller match was really welcoming and we hope to see more of this awesome display from the blues in their upcoming games.

It is not yet certain whether Victor Osimhen will join Chelsea but whether he finally joins the squad or not I believe that Chelsea can do better this season due to the fact that they have signed a lot of players to the team so we hope to see the performances of the newly signed players and what they can offer to the improvement of the club.

So I am not the only one thinking that Manchester City will be winning the Premier League title this season again. The only club that I know will compete with them is Arsenal, and maybe Arsenal will end the season in their normal position, which is the second position, but with the way Manchester City are currently playing, they will do everything possible to win any club that they are playing against, and we know Manchester City to be a consistent team, so their performance won’t drop.

After Ipswich scored their first goal, Manchester City retaliated and scored three goals within five minutes, which was a surprise to me.

  Nice one for Chelsea for a very long time. Now that Victor Osimhen has not come to the team and they are winning like this and when finally Osimhen came to the club and performs his wonders then they will do well. We are still waiting for Victor Osimhen to come to the team so they can do more.
Everything in Chelsea surprises me today because many players scored goals today, and I was thinking that C. Palmer would scored the highest goals but it was only one goal. They tried today.

Another bad year for Manchester united but at this point it is the norm.
Strong wins for Spurs, Chelase and Manchester City.
Haaland is a machine but this cuold be a strange year for Mancehster City, to we know when the sentence for a possible penalization will come out?

This year will probably be like the bast year with a 3 head fight between City, Reds and Gunners.
