it's already the end of first half and Liverpool are still leading with a one goal to thier advantage.  It's only first half and Liverpool has 15 shots and 4 shots on target while Manchester United is with a zero short and even the ball possession is still at 58% to 42% in favour of the Liverpool side.

I'm hoping Manchester United will up thier game in the second half if not they should be expecting more goals from Liverpool.

Currently, Manchester United is 1 goal behind Liverpool. This position is good opportunity for Liverpool if they succeed in maintaining victory until the end of the match. Because, 3 points will bring Liverpool back to the top of the standings. The match is still 41 minutes, anything can happen, but from the current match, I think MU will lose to Liverpool.

I think the match is interesting on this first half, seeing the way Manchester united is playing today I think it's going be a though one for Liverpool and if did not settle down on this match, but I think they have score 1 now but even as that I am seeing the match as a draw match before end of 90 minutes Manchester united is going to equalized the game.

Totally agree, this price should have been 2 odds to show that this is a tough game for them but to be at 1.6 is undervalued if you ask me and United will win this one!!

Only a few minutes to go for the Manchester United - Liverpool game.    Liverpool are favoured a lot according to bookmakers (1.61) which isn't surprising. However I would still expect their odds to be a little higher than this because they couldn't beat the Red Devils yet this season. We can't be sure of anything about this game either.

This game is extra important for Liverpool while they are in the title competition of course. I would really like to see them winning as well. It depends on the teamwork quality today. Salah can also make difference in such a tough game but let's see.  

The Manchester United vs Liverpool duel which will be held at Old Trafford will be interesting because both teams need to win. Manchester United must secure three points to maintain their chances of finishing in the top four, while victory is a non-negotiable target for Liverpool to overtake Arsenal from the top of the standings. Yeah, and I believe United will not allow its opponent to win the game easily, as Manchester United also needs three points to qualify for the Europa League soon and this will become another chance owned by united in order to keep play in european competition. Liverpool may not be able to secure three points against United at old trafford. Ten Hag will most likely use the same strategy he used when United faced liverpool at FA cup but there may be a minor change to happen in the line up.

It's obviously not going to be an easy game for both teams  and from stats, Manchester United have won just one of their last 11 Premier League games against Liverpool (D4 L6), though it was in this exact fixture last season. They last won consecutive home league games against the Reds in September 2015. It's going to be a beautiful game to watch and I can't wait to get entertained in the next couple of hours.

I understand Liverpool needs to win to keep their title chase alive. They also got knocked out of the FA cup few weeks ago, and the reds will fight very hard to make sure they do not suffer another defeat in the hands of man united, but Manchester United is also under pressure. It is not surprising that Manchester City won this match because Pep Guardiola used his mainstay players in this match in the starting Xl such as Erling Haaland and also Kevin De Bruyne as the front line and played for the full 90 minutes, making Manchester City's attack line stronger and making Crystal Palace It was difficult to keep up with the game played by the Manchester City players until finally Manchester City was able to win easily because Kevin De Bruyne himself scored 2 goals and Erling Haaland also scored 1 goal to add to the total goals in the match.
